This bachelor's thesis deals with examining the information system of a nonprofit organization and the relationship of this system to the regional development. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to information systems, nonprofit organizations and their regional development. In the practical part of this thesis the priority is given to a specific nonprofit organization, the Salesian youth center. A questionnaire survey regarding the use of the information system - SalesiániVálí by its clients was done and analyzed.

Pastirčíková, M. Retention and turnover in non for profit organization AIESEC Brno. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate retention of members of non for profit organization AIESEC Brno. And to identify factors that influence its level and suggest concrete set of measures that lead to its increase. Theoretical part defines selected terms and describes non for profit organizations and mainly focuses on retention and turnover of a staff. Practical part contains characteristics of selected organization and research among current and former members of AIESEC Brno. The research is based on quantitative level and its main goal is to detect reasons of departure of members and also to evaluate satisfaction of respondents with selected factors influencing turnover.

Analysis of economic non-profit organization

In the thesis Analysis of economic non-profit organization is the main objective characterize the structure of financial resources and appropriate financial analysis to evaluate the level of economic development and selected non-profit organizations during the monitored period.Selected non-profit organization has become municipality Volyně and evaluation was made in the years 2009 - 2013. The first part of the thesis is based on a review of the literature on territorial self-governing units. How the local government units developed, how they arise and how the management system they have. The main financial instrument is the budget. The relatively sophisticated financial management components include financial analysis, which is also included in this part. Furthermore, in the literature review we find legislative adjustment municipalities. Those are the most important rules that territorial authorities act and make decisions. In conclusion literature review provides an overview of accounting and tax specifics, especially about the differences in the accounts of municipalities and the business community. The practical part is focused on the brief characteristics of the municipality and its history. Further description of the accounting system the municipality Volyně, and how municipality processes income and expenses on cash accounts. It also characterized municipal property, and an overview of grants processed as received and granted. Other part is focused on the economic analysis of the municipality. Approach to specific analyzes such as cost-benefit analysis, horizontal and vertical analysis and then financial analysis of selected indicators.

In the theoretical part, there is a description of history of social work and the division of social workers. There is also closely described in detail the work of the social workers of non-profit organization, municipality and employment offices. Furthermore, there is stated the importance and possibility of social workers' education. The practical part concentrates on an ascertainment whether social workers working at state organizations meet the criteria of professional education.

The specifics of working with a volunteer in leisure time activities

My thesis addresses the specifics entailed in volunteer work from the leisure time activities perspective. At the beginning of this thesis are defined used terms: the volunteer, volunteering and its aspects, charity and donation, non-profit organization, leisure time and leisure time activities. Thesis goes on with the motivation for volunteering and explains the volunteering system in ČR and its significance, including the Law of volunteering. Third part of my thesis addresses the principles of volunteering management, which contains three-phase implementation of the volunteer into the organization. Last chapter addresses the synopsis of the volunteer specifics suitable for given type of leisure time activity.
