This bachelor thesis deals with optimization of production processes in the company, its information and also material flows conducted in planned production. The first part focuses on the theoretical description and background of the issue. In the second, practical part, this work will discuss and then analyze the production process of selected company. According drafted analyzes and theoretical basis, this thesis determine the problems and shortcomings of the process. In the last phase it provides suggestions to improve founded shortcomings and their implementation into production.

A new manufacturing technology for an automotive part

The thesis is about analyzing a current technological process. It also includes describing a current production machines, tools and methods of measuring. The problems of milling procedure are described in a detail. In addition, there are descriptions of a technology of the production, methods of using production preparations, and methods of measuring gained results. There is designed an innovative solution of a new technological production. A history of the stoba Precizní Technika Inc. is summarized there. A comparison of the two versions is described in a techno-economic evaluation part, which is about comparing of mechanical time. A solution of the thesis is realized in a medium-sized production company during particular conditions. Limited conditions of the thesis are influenced by the conditions of the selected company.

The Study of the Contract Award in Company

This thesis is focused on study of process during the engagement in small company Podlahy Lakomý, which deals with realization of floor work. Thesis is divided to three main parts. First part is concerned with the theoretical knowledge. Second part focusing on the analysis of the current status process of order. In the last part are mentioned proposals for amendments, which leading to streamline entire order process.

Assessment of flood control measures to protect the population in selected cities of the South Bohemian Region (the Lužnice basin)

The Diploma thesis on the theme "Assessment of flood control measures to protect the population in selected communities of the South Bohemia region in the catchment area of the river Lužnice" is divided into theoretical part and the research part. The theoretical part is a general whole, which in the sections refers to the relevant legislation of the flood problems, it explains the flood as the concept and everything associated with it. In particular it introduces the readers with flood characteristics of the territory of the Czech Republic and with the characteristics of the catchment area of the river Lužnice. It describes the selected municipalities by its flow, which are the subject of the research. It explains the difference between a natural and an extraordinary flood, describes the historic and contemporary floods and their damage. It deals with the protection from natural disasters, characterizes the activities of the relevant organs of the protection flood. In the context of the protection of the population it defines the summary measures that help to ensure the protection of life and health of the people, property and environment in emergencies, which are warning, evacuation, hide and emergency survival of the population and other measures to ensure the protection of life, health and property. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of flood control measures from the perspective of the number of the protected inhabitants on the territory. In order to achieve the goals, it was necessary to make several consecutive steps. On the basis of assessed results it could be returned to the research question, whether the built flood protection measures are effective in relation to the protected values of the life, health, property and the environment. For the fulfillment of the objectives of the work and verification of research questions,it was need to be familiar with the relevant legislation of the subject, then with the implemented measures, flood protection plans of the municipalities including analysis of their substantive and organisational components. After that to perform the qualitative processing of the survey, the respondents of which were the statutory representatives of the municipalities, who are in charge of the flood protection, and other charged people (e.g. crisis management staff, officers of the Department of the environment or Building office, etc.). The found facts served to the description, evaluation, comparison and analysis of the flood control measures in relation to the number of the protected inhabitants within the catchment area of the river Lužnice. In this way the concrete results were obtained and discussed in the comments of this Diploma thesis. The submitted Diploma thesis in its research part assesses the effectiveness of the flood control measures in the framework of the protection of the population in the South Bohemia municipalities - Bechyně, Tábor, Planá nad Lužnicí, Soběslav, Dráchov, Veselí nad Lužnicí by the flow of river Lužnice, that touches the ranked in the river kilometres from 10,6 to 77,3 km lines. The inspiration for the processing of this Diploma thesis there were the consequences of disastrous floods in 2002, 2006 and 2013 in these areas, which have caused enormous damage and even loss of life. Then the personal interest of the author, as a resident of the town Veselí nad Lužnicí and respectively the member of the crisis management of this town. The research question and the methodology of the research were designed to be filled the objectives of this thesis, it means the evaluation of the effectiveness of the flood control measures from the perspective of the number of the protected inhabitants on the territory. The thesis evaluated the current status of flood protection, description, comparison and analysis were made. The remuneration system and productivity of human resources in the company

The main goal of this graduation theses named "The remuneration system of human resources in the company" is to evaluate the current system of remuneration and productivity of human sources in a company, that I chose and design a process that would lead to improvement in human resources achievments. In the practical part is charecterized the chosen company, in detail described its system of remuneration and structure of employees. On the basis of the observed data there are designed some changes to make the remuneration system more effective that would lead to improvement in human resources achievments.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project

The theme of the Bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project. The work assesses the effectiveness of the acquisition of new premises and the impact of the acquisition of scrap on the financial situation of the company. The cash flows from the investment are predicted in several variants on the basis of the accounting data and of management of the company. Variants of the investment project are evaluated by using the methods of time-sensitive aspect: the net present value, internal rate of return and the discounted period percentage. Sensitivity analysis points to the critical factors that significantly affect the assessment of the investment project. The financial effect of realization of the investment project of the company is expressed by reference to financial indicators before the investment and two years after the investment. In conclusion, given the firm recommendations, whether a new business establishment.

Financial analysis of the company

The aim of this thesis is performing the financial analysis in choosen company, evaluate financial health of the company and evaluate the main source of inefficiency with regard to the focus of the company. Into the theoretical part is focused on basic concepts and used methods for easier understanding of the practical part. The practical part is focused on the application of methods of financial analysis to data published by BENEA, s. r. o. in period from 2010 to 2014. At first is performed horizontal and vertical analysis. Next steps are: analysis of diferential indicators, ratio analysis, Du Pont decomposition, decomposition of operating cost and in the end of practical part is solved Altman´s model Z-score and index IN05. The results of financial analysis of the company is evalueted positively, because are better then the results of branch and are in recommanded values.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of effectiveness of the use of electronic auc-tions in the public and private sectors. Basic concepts, especially those concerning electronic auctions in terms of public tenders, are characterised in the thesis. It also describes the tenders in private sector in the form of an electronic auction. The practical part is devoted to an analysis of specific electronic auctions, which were made in this sectors. The goal is to find out to what commodities are e-auctions implemented frequently, which is achieved savings, how many suppliers are participating in the e-auction. Then, the comparison of individual sectors in specific commodities based on the selected factors.

This bachelor thesis deals with issue of combine harvesters adapters for agricultural crops harvesting. In the main part are separated and described each single methods of harvesting, harvesting adapters and their functional groups, by which is the harvesting of various crops done. Then, technical solutions of harvesting equipment producers are described there. In the next part are listed electronical systems, which are being used in automatical guidance of harvesters in growth for their maximal use.

The influence of european subsidies programmes on environment and agricultural production in region

The thesis is dealing with searching for dependency between allocated EU funds and selected indicators of regional development. For purposes of thesis were selected three indicators from environment and two indicators from agriculture production. Using statistical methods were funds drawn from OP Environment and State Agricultural Intervention Fund correlated to selected indicators. The selection of mentioned indicators was based under condition of reaching the highest accuracy of dependencies. The conclusion of work will result in final assessment whether European funds have been affecting agriculture production and environment conditions in region.
