Subject of the masters’s thesis is new building of kindergarden in Jevíčko. The building is designed in flat terrain. The main entrence is oriented to the northwest. The building consist of two storey and has partial basement. Supporting structures consist of brickwork and celings Porotherm. Roof is flat with asfalt felts.

Woman´s Clothing Factory

The bachelor thesis " WOMAN´S CLOTHING FACTORY" is processed in the form of architectural and engineering studies and project documentation for construction of this building. It contains all the requirements needed in accordance with valid regulations. The designed object is located in the city district Brno - Zidenice, on the Rokytova street. The whole building is supposed to cause a compact impression. The building is designed for the fashion brand Miu Miu. This fact reflects the whole concept of the project. On one hand, the building is supposed to be simple, with the elements of minimalism, variety of colors and contrast, but on the other hand, an elegant form of this building is preserved. This building is a factory building, focusing on the women's designer clothing. The object is orientated south-west, it is set into a deeply sloping terrain and it has three floors. Its character is monolithic reinforced concrete frame, which is complemented with masonry filling Ytong. The building is divided into several operating parts. The manufacturing, storage and technical plants are located on the ground floor. The air conditioning and office facilities are located on the second floor. The catering plant, together with social and sanitary facilities and administrative part are located on the third floor.

The designed pension for elderly with care servise is situated in Měřín locality. It is the a bricked two-floor object with no cellars, made of POROTHERM system. The base zones are made of the plain concrete. Roof construction is solved by one-shell roof. The dimensions of the building are 41,35 x 33,15 meters.

Bachelor thesis „Polyfunkční rodinný dům“ is processed in form of project documentation and is fulfilling all necessities of valid regulations. Designed object is placed on ground plot no. 1104/25 in Teplice Trnovany. Polyfunctional house object has three floors therefrom one basement. In first floor is situated Tee house, in other floors is one big apartment. Basement floor provides technical services for object.

Interaktivní webová mapová aplikace budovy PF JU - Jeronýmova 8 a 10

The aim of this thesis is to create an interactive web map application and a wall plan of the Jeronýmova 8 and 10 buildings, which is the residence of the Faculty of Education. Geographic information systems were used to reach this goal and the created interactive map application is published via ArcGIS Online utilities. The very basics of this project are made of a collection of data of Jeronýmova buildings. The data are partly official and partly freshly collected. There is also an original design of symbolism included. At the end there is a commentary on the possible use of this project and its evaluation and comparison with another similar projects.
