Compenzation of muscle dysbalance by Judo fighters
Jeništa, Jan ; Zdobinský, Adam (advisor) ; Stich, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Compenzation of muscle dysbalance by Judo fighters. Goals: Our goals are to check which muscles and body parts are the least stretched and weakest. The main goal of our work is to design couple training drills which can lower or even eliminate this muscle dysbalance. Methods: In our work we used the method of sinthesis and analisis. With the analisis data method we discovered that muscles are most affected by muscle dysbalance. And based on synthesis we made couple compensatory drills which we add to the training. Results: We discovered that for Judo you need a lot of muscle body parts, but even in this sport you find muscles that are not that much used and not too much overloaded. In this work we wanted to point out, that those muscle parts need to be compenzated if you dont want to get injured or you do want to get better Judo results. Rehabilitation and prevention of the most common injuries of judoists
NAVRÁTILOVÁ, Marie
Judo, like other sports, brings the danger of all sorts of injuries, the more that it is a combat sport. The task of the trainer and the judoka himself should be prevention of injuries. If an accident occurs, it should be taken care of with proper and long-term rehabilitation. Judokas often encounter injuries of joints especially knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows or knuckle joints. We can also meet with fractures and muscle injuries, their bruising or tearing. These injuries can be caused by insufficient warm-up. They can be influenced by tiredness, dehydration and by overload of individual muscle groups. When preventing the injuries, we should put emphasis on the right technique of exercise, sufficient warm-up, regeneration and use of compensatory exercises. The aim of this work is to find out the most common causes of injuries of judokas, suggest the possibilities of rehabilitation and prevention of these injuries. The practical part is elaborated in the form of mixed research. It contains a questionnaire for judokas fifteen years old and older, case studies of two probes from the judo club TJ Sokol Tábor, their input and output kinesiological analyses, semi-structured interview and therapy procedure. The last part deals with the possibility of inclusion of balance exercises into judo training, which could have the preventive effect of some injuries. This work could be used by sport physiotherapists and judo trainers. It can also be used as an educative material for sportsmen.
Kinesiological analysis of tachi-waza technique in judo
Zavadil, Jan ; Pavelka, Radim (advisor) ; Smolík, Petr (referee)
Title: Kinesiological analysis of tachi-waza technique in judo Objectives: The aim of this work is to measure activity of selected back muscles and oblique abdominal muscle using surface EMG. At the same time, determine the load with comparison with the maximum free contraction for musculus erector spinae with selected judo techniques tai otoshi, o goshi and uchi mata. Then perform intra- individual comparisons between different techniques and comparisons between measured probands. Methods: To determine the muscle chain in a motion cycle in techniques tai otoshi, o goshi and uchi mata by surface EMG method and kinetic analysis. Six probands with several years of experience in judo were selected to measure. The measurements were four muscles on both sides: musculus trapezius, musculus erector spinae, musculus latissimus dorsi a musculus obliquus externus abdominis. Results: There was some similarity for intra-individual comparison. Three probands between the technique tai otoshi and o goshi, two between tai otoshi and uchi mata. Can be assumed, that techniques tai otoshi is basic technique with which the probants began in their youth. In the inter-individual comparison, the results showed, that the technique is very individual. Most muscles involved 80% of the average motion cycle. Most often at the...

Holý, Jakub ; Pavelka, Radim (advisor) ; Bačáková, Radka (referee)
Title: Lower limb muscle activity during squat and technique seoi nage in judo Objectives: Goals of my work is finding activity lower muscle limb using surface electromyography in shallow squat, deep squat and seoi nage technic in judo. From the obtained results will be compared muscle activity in relative to MVC and compared timing activity of measuring muscles between deep squat and technic seoi nage right. Methods: Research component consisted of 10 subjects, 5 of fitness and 5 are active judokas. With using surface electromyography and kinematic analysis we monitored activity of measured muscles in shallow and deep squat, and seoi nage technic. The size of muscle activity was assessed in relation to MVC. Results: Evaluation of the results showed a higher involvement by m. gluteus maximus in deep squat than shallow squat. Deep squat makes higher muscles activity. Performing of seoi nage technique resulted in higher values by m. quadriceps femoris. Sequence involvement of muscles during deep squat and seoi nage techniques in selected subjects showed we a strong similarity with various techniques. Key words: Lower limb muscle, judo, electromyography, squat, seoi nage
