THE ANALYSIS OF CONDITIONS AND EVALUATING THE WAYS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE PROJECTS FROM THE EU'S STRUCTURALS FUNDS

This Bachelor Thesis is plotting the sphere of EU structural funds, more specifically what they represent and contribute towards. The Thesis compares two program periods, concretely 2004 to 2006 and 2007 to 2013.The theoretical part focuses on the possibilities of drawing funds from the EU structural funds to intensify the economic and social solidarity, to reduce the different levels of development between the regions. The practical part includes characteristic's of company G-PROJECT,s.r.o. This company focuses on assisting applicants during the period the project proposes to European and other funds. The National Diversity and Modern National Conflicts in the New United Europe

Main contents of my diploma is a racial strukcture of countries of the European Union and national conflicts concern on european nationals and nationalities. After specification of territories the treatise tries to define basic terminological notions of two views. Firstly it refers to substabtial difference from using of statistic notions having principle influence to quantification of minorities. Second view defines conceptions: nation and nationality of politic-geographical point of view. The sunbstantial space is dedicated to historic-geographical analysis of present national folder of the EU with view of chosen events of 20th century. In the next charters I specify minorities-numbers and location, too. The last part deals with national conflicts where I point to typologies and point out causes of national competition inside the EU. For example it is the conflict Estonia-Russian tension. I point to its causes, development and suggest methods of solution to reduction of racial situation at the eastern border of Union.
Phenomenon of migration and the Czech Republic

Diploma work is intent on problems migration, refugees and asylum proceedings. In the first part is explaining elementary conceptions, that are joint with migration and refugees. In the second part engage in a problem refugees in Czech Republic up year 1989 and positron refugees in Czech society. The third part a diploma work refers to, that in Czech and Czechoslovak history visit to situations, when the people on the contrary left from Czech country. The fourth part a diploma work engage in situation in Czech Republic as state, that became a constituent of European union. This part intends over this, how European union sloves questions as regards asylum and migrations politics. What standpoint European union takes and how the situation in asylum politics in European union changed and how develop now.
Analysis of educational activities of the European union in the field of health services with the emphasis on the education of nurses

The work deals with European politics in the frame of healthcare, namely with the historical evolution, legal basics and the main orientations and targets. The nub of this work is the education of general nurses in the European Union and mainly in the Czech Republic. Historical basics, present-day quality and future of nursing-care are also included in the education.

ANNOTATION This thesis presents you at first the countries of Maghreb, their geographical and demographical situation and their history. It treats then the cooperation between these countries and the European Union, the legal basis of this cooperation as well as the way of financing. It presents you also some concrete projects launched in the province of this cooperation.
Public Opinion on Values Applied in the European Union and European Integration

In April 2010 CVVM investigated, whether, according to Czech citizens, values such as democracy, equality, cooperation, toleration, justice and solidarity are applied in the European Union. The largest proportion of Czechs answered on this subject positively in connection with democracy and cooperation (75 % and 63 %) and by contrast equality obtained least agreeing answers (37 %). Besides this, Czechs evaluated helpfulness and harmfulness of European integration in these areas - economy, politics, culture, country defence and ecology. Most of Czechs supposed that European integration is useful in the area of defence (72 %) and ecology (68 %), half of Czech citizens mean that this integration is useful in relation to economy.
Trust in European Union Institutions

In April 2010 Public Opinion Research Centre investigated trust in the European Union, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the President of the European Council and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Other two questions deal with the issue, whether Czechs believe, that decisions of the EU are in behalf of the Czech Republic and ordinary people (like themselves).
Czech Republic's membership in the European Union

One of the topics included in the April survey of the Center for Public Opinion Research, was the European Union. Specifically the satisfaction of citizens with the membership, whether the membership is seen as a good thing for the CR, sense of civic pride and a sense of belonging to the EU. The survey studied also the development of living standards in the context of EU accession and views on adopting the euro as the currency of the Czech Republic.

Besides satisfaction with membership, Czechs also talked about measure of their pride in context of being citizens of European Union. Then Czechs evaluated helpfulness and harmfulness of European integration in these areas - economy, politics, culture, country defence and ecology. On one hand, most of Czechs supposed that European integration is useful in area of defence (75 %) and ecology (73 %). On the other hand, 52 % of Czech citizens mean that this integration is useful in relation to politics.
