Sanitary technical installations and a gas pipeline in the football changing room
Zumr, David ; Vrána, Jakub (referee) ; Vaščáková, Alena (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the technical and gas installation in the building of the sports club. The theoretical part deals with drinking water requirements and so-called smart fittings, which can be controlled and monitored remotely via the computer. The calculation and design part solves the sewerage, water supply and gas distribution in the given building. The solved building contains two main parts, namely the base for the club and the athlete and the housing unit for the manager of the building.
Energy-efficient building kindergartens
Zumr, David ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The master project is divided into three parts. The problematic of first and second part is kindergarten building, its technical equipment and management systems. The third part deals with financial, energy and environmental comparison of different heat systems. The kindergarten is single-storey building without basement and is located in Ronov nad Doubravou, Czechia. Building is based on strip footing and structural system is masonry wall system with gable roof. Material of both load-bearing and non-bearing walls are sand-lime blocks. External walls are insulated by external thermal insulation composite system. Vertical structures are designed from wooden lattice truss. The building site contains also outdoor parking lot and a garden with a playground.
Pension
Kučera, Matěj ; Zumr, David (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is to develop a project of a guest house with almost zero energy consumption at the level of documentation for the execution of the construction. The building is situated on the outskirts of Vrbno pod Pradědem. The guesthouse is designed as a brick building with two above-ground floors with partial basement. It has twelve rooms with a total capacity of 24 accommodated persons. Part of the building is a restaurant with its own entrance and facilities. The structural system of the underground floor is combined from monolithic reinforced concrete. The above-ground floors are designed as a longitudinal wall system with load-bearing walls made of aerated concrete blocks. The ceiling of the individual floors is designed as a one-way reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The ceiling of some rooms consists of a visible truss of a sloping pitched roof with metal roofing in a small slope. The corridor necks are topped by a flat extensive vegetation roof. The building has a designed collective garage within the ground plan of the first underground floor, including ski storage and guest house facilities. On the first floor there are 6 residential units, reception, kitchen, restaurant and its facilities. On the second floor we find the remaining 6 residential units.
Adaptation of Radost building, Brno
Janováč, David ; Zumr, David (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The subject of the masters thesis was a proposal of the adaptation of the existing historic and listed building „Radost“ in Brno on Cejl street. Within the whole adaptation, appart from the change of use, has been dealt with the structural, material and technical solution. Due to the consistent architectural transformation, which is aimed at a vigorous restoration of the signifikance of the building.
Matematical model of permeability evolution in a fractured porous media due to internal erosion and deposition.
Krajinová, Markéta ; Lanzendörfer, Martin (advisor) ; Zumr, David (referee)
The seepage of fluid through saturated porous media may lead to inner erosion, channelization, preferential flow and transport and deposition of particles. A novel mathematical model was created to describe some of the processes. The model describes a temporal and spatial development of porosity (volume fraction) and permeability (transmissivity) due to erosion and deposition in saturated porous and fractured media. The model calculates the change of permeability and porosity in a direction of different fracture joint sets. The model is based on multi-continua theory, where a region is divided into components (three or more components in this thesis). The components are described by separate differential equations. This approach was used recently by Mahadevan et al. (2012) and Fujisawa et al. (2009) for erosion of porous media. This thesis describes the approaches, assumptions and the equations used in the model. In contrast to the published models, the thesis considers anisotropy. It is characterized by transmissivity tensor (also hydraulic conductivity tensor), which is composed of vectors in the joint sets directions. The model also uses a Dupuit approximation, which allows to approximate flow onto a horizontal plane. The model is also introduced by a numerical simulation using final element...
