Hodnocení vybraných pomologických a popisných znaků hybridů a odrůd meruněk

The diploma thesis is focused on the observation and subsequent evaluation of selected phenological and pomological traits in the gene pool of apricots (Prunus armeniaca L.). A total of 35 genotypes were evaluated during 2018 on the land of the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, Mendel University in Brno. In addition to individual phenophases, the signs of leaves, fruits, stone, or nuclei were also evaluated. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the overall description of apricots. It provides an overview of their history and origin, botanical description and also information about cultivation methods, content substances or also about the situation of cultivation and breeding of apricots in the Czech Republic and in the world. It also contains information about the most common diseases and pests that affect apricot trees. In the practical part there are evaluated individual characters of apricot varieties according to the Classifier for Armeniaca P. MILL. The obtained evaluation results were further elaborated into tables and evaluated graphically and statistically. Formula clause:I hereby declare that, this thesis entitled Evaluation of selected pomological and descriptive features of hybrids and apricot varieties was written and completed by me. I also declare that all the sources and information used to complete the thesis are included in the list of references. I disagree that the thesis could be made public in accordance with Article 47b of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (the Higher Education Act), and in accordance with the current. I recommend postponing the publication of the bachelor / master thesis for a maximum of 3 years. Directive on publishing of the final thesis. I am aware that my thesis is written in accordance to Act. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright and therefore Mendel University in Brno has the right to conclude licence agreements on the utilization of the thesis as a school work in accordance with Article 60(1) of the Copyright Act. Before concluding a licence agreement on utilization of the work by another person, I will request a written statement from the university that the licence agreement is not in contradiction to legitimate interests of the university, and I will also pay a prospective fee to cover the cost incurred in creating the work to the full amount of such costs.
Rod Anemone L. - historie a současnost pěstování

The work is briefly described the characteristics of the genus Anemone L. botanical classification anemones, their morphological description, including a description of the rhizomes, stems, leaves, flowers but also the fetus. The paper also presented demands for light, soil, water and fertilizer. There are also growing technology, from soil preparation, over the possible forcing after planting itself. There are also mentioned the possibility of using representatives anemones in a gardening practice. The second part describes itself assortment of wildflowers, their appearance, habitat requirements and space expansion.
