The subject of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the development in post-crisis years and to determine the impacts that affect the current financial investment environment in the USA but also its future and create the prerequisites for other risks, which the market can affect in the next perspective and influence the global development. On this basis, a portfolio of the mutual fund will be drawn up, according to the assignment of its manager with an alternative investment component, which can adequately complement it in the current period of low interest rates.

Company Computer Network Design

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design a new computer network in company Zemědělské Družstvo Sedlejov ("Agrocompound Sedlejov") as current network is insufficient in both technology and throughput. New network design have been elaborated based on analysis of current state of the network and theoretical knowledge. The created system provides solutions to existing problems, complies with the standards and meets the requirements of the company. The benefit of this project is higher rate and quality of work, lower costs and improved security of the network.

Daný článek se zaměřuje na bankovní pohled z hlediska minulého, ale především současného a jisté predikce budoucího vývoje poskytování úvěrů a financování segmentu malých a středních firem v České republice. Má tak hodnotit ochotu, ale výhled a očekávání, které po několika letech extrémně nízkých úrokových sazeb, přináší obrat a jejich postupné zvyšování.
