Fatigue life of crankshaft

This thesis is focused on the crankshaft as one of the most dynamically stressed component of internal combustion engines. At the beginning describes in the wider context how is the crankshaft of internal combustion engines strained. Then it considers individual parts of crankshaft, which are affecting its construction in terms of fatigue life. And in the last section describes the different ways to eliminate the damage caused by cyclic loading and modern methods of fatigue life prediction of crankshafts.

Risks of Contract Management in a Company

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract of the chosen company, which deals with printing and sale of advertising and gift items and related services. The work is divided into three parts. The introductory part introduces the theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part focuses on introducing a company, a detailed description of the course of the contract, and an analysis of all the risks that may arise. The aim of the practical part is to determine the most risky factors on the basis of the analysis and propose measures for their reduction or elimination.

Vibrations of chassis of roots blower

This thesis is concerned with vibration analysis of the roots blower chassis. In the beginning it describes methods of solution in low frequency region. Next part is about finite element model of the chassis and computing natural frequencies, eigen modes and vibration spreading and analysis possible construction changes which should lead to lower vibrations.
