The control unit of the door systems for public transport
Jablončík, Lukáš ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is to design a control unit of the door systems for public transport. The control unit is designed by using modern components. Their availability should be not less then ten years. The unit is controlled by a microcontroller ATMEGA and the motor is switched using the h-bridge. The control unit has ten programmable inputs and two switching outputs. PCB design is optimized for mass production. The result is a functional prototype of control unit.
Study of the influence of magnetic fields on biological tissue
Vlachová Hutová, Eliška ; Fiala, Pavel (referee) ; Bartušek, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this research is to explore the influence of magnetic field on early somatic embryos (ESEs) of spruce and pine. The magnetic field is gradual. This is important for the experiment, each cluster of ESE was exposed to magnetic field of different intensity. The resulting report of this experiment consists of the comparison between various methods of image analysis and the difference in growth of ESEs due to different exposure to magnetic field and surrounding temperature. Enclosed is a proposal of ESE size computing algorithm from a given image.
STUDY OF CHANGES OF BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS IN ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS
Vlachová Hutová, Eliška ; Král, Bohumil (referee) ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Bartušek, Karel (advisor)
Presented dissertation discusses the influence of electromagnetic fields on the weight of the particles, which are considered in this work as substances with the hub. Theoretical knowledge was practically tested on plant organisms (early somatic embryos, fungal pathogens), theoretically the influence of electromagnetic field on cell structure was modeled. It was subsequently confirmed by a practical experiment assumption about the influence of electromagnetic fields on the weight of the particles. These experiments were preceded by a theoretical study of the problem and the formulation of a solution using Maxwell's equations, from which other descriptive equations and formulas were derived. The results of the experiments were presented at several professional conferences and published in professional journals and proceedings.
Mathematical analysis in mass spectrometry
Vlachová Hutová, Eliška ; Adam, Vojtěch (referee) ; Valla, Martin (advisor)
In this bachelor work, there is theoretically described the principle of mass spectometry and tandem mass spectometry, usage the method in practices and description of functionality of separate analysers. Next, there is also mentioned the description of mass spectrum and the algorithm to its analysis. Practical part of the work describes the creation of analytic tool to evaluate spectrum and following usage of this programming tool for the practical analysis of flavonoid compounds, concretely isoflavonoid.
The effect of electromagnetic fields on cell structure
Urbánek, Jiří ; Fiala, Pavel (referee) ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška (advisor)
The main concern of the work is researching the influence of electromagnetic field on cellular structures. Cellular structures is a general term for all the organelles placed in a cell. In our 2D model we take into consideration just the fundamental organelles such as cell membrane, cytoplasm and cell nucleus. The aim of the work was to get acquainted with the outer environment into which we had placed the 2D model of the cell and on which we had applied the magnetic field. The work contains the results gained by numeric modelling in the physical programme COMSOL. These results prove the theoretical presumption.
Acoustic detection of starlings through artificial intelligence
Zezula, Benjamin ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška (referee) ; Marcoň, Petr (advisor)
To protect the vineyards from starlings is very costly and ineffective with the available resources over a period of time. In my project, I have designed a detection module that relays information about the flock location in the vineyard to the control module and thus produces scaring. I have designed two kinds of detection modules, which are compared. The first variant consists of a single directional microphone that rotates and sequentially senses the entire area of the vineyard. The second variant consists of four microphones, each one is directed to the cardinal point and based on the intensity of sound, the module will provide the information about the direction where the flock is located. Both detection modules process the signal in a Raspberry Pi 4 single board computer using an artificial neural network algorithm powered by MobileNetV2 architecture.
Change of magnetic susceptibility during the germination of plants
Sedlář, Petr ; Fiala, Pavel (referee) ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška (advisor)
The work examines the changes in the magnetic susceptibility during the early germination of the somatic embryo (RSE) of the Norway spruce. Susceptibility is in the physically view the property, which can be used to determine a variety of parameters and properties of the measured objects. The aim of this work was to create a automatic to evaluate the susceptibility of the tissue RSE and take measurements to prove or disprove the contrary of the accuracy of this assessment. This work contains the results obtained by modeling a script in Matlab, in which can be shown the correctness of the theoretical concepts.
Passive optical detection and classification of flying objects
Mošková, Andrea ; Marcoň, Petr (referee) ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška (advisor)
Based on an initial analysis of the methods used for optical detection and recognition of moving elements in a dynamic image captured by a static camera, the bachelor's thesis presents a proposal for a complex detection algorithm capable of recording and classifying flying objects in the sky. The method uses a differential detection algorithm to detect signs of motion, thanks to which flying objects are located in the video frames. The SVM classifier then decides on the classification of the object into one of the three considered classes, based on its description obtained by extraction of SIFT descriptors and possibly supplemented with information from RGB histograms. The algorithm was implemented primarily in Matlab.
Passive optical detection and classification of flying objects
Mošková, Andrea ; Vlachová Hutová, Eliška
The article presents our solution for the classification of moving flying objects in a video sequence captured by a static camera. The tool uses the extraction of scale and rotation invariant SIFT features, which allow the multi-class SVM to classify the examined object into one of the considered classes: ‘bird’, ‘plane’ or ‘negative’. The most successful of our tested models achieved accuracy of over 90% and their recall and precision for each class reached values above 90%.
