The pilot project of rotary component production

At the begining of the bachelor thesis is a theoretical part that deals with the basic principle of machining. Cutter arbor 40 × 27 ČSN 24 1440 is assessed from technological point of view. Yearly production of the arbor is 17 000 pieces. The main theme is a technological evaluation of the production process from two type sof semi finished product, circular bar hot rolled and forging both made of 14 220.0. For the technological process are chosen machina and tools. Production instruction is elaborated for rough turning operation and the reset is machining time. In the conclusion is chosen semi finished forging according to the technological and economical evaluation of the production process.

Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on human resources management, employer branding and issues in the field of personnel activities. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, ČSOB bank is introduced and defined, which social networks the bank uses and for what purpose. As part of the interviews with ČSOB representatives, information related to the use of social networks in the recruitment of employees at the bank was found. This was followed by an analysis of the success of the bank's social networks and to what extent the recruitment of new employees is related to the use of social networks. At the same time, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which was prepared on the basis of a study of internal documents and an analysis of the use of social networks for the recruitment of new ČSOB employees. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, there are suggestions for recommendations for individual changes, solutions and innovative procedures based on the information obtained.

Occurrence and Prevention of Asthma in Youth Division Cross-country Skiers

Title: Occurrence and Prevention of Asthma in Youth Division Cross-country Skiers Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine the incidence of asthma in youth division cross-country skiers and its prevention. Methods: This thesis will comprise the method of survey and content analysis of documents. Hypotheses: No.1 Assume that asthma will have lower prevalence in youth division cross- country skiers than in adult cross-country skiers. No.2 Assume that the majority of the surveyed cross-country skiing coaches met with asthmatic symptoms in their athletes. Results: We found that 12% of youth division athletes suffer from asthma and 24% from allergies. Protective Treatment and Security Detention

Protective Treatment and Security Detention Abstract This diploma thesis summarizes information about the institutes of involuntary commitment, especially involuntary treatment and security detention. A goal is to describe their development, imposition and their program. The next goal is to examine the influence of physical activity on patients and perpetrators who had been subjected to involuntary treatment or security detention. And finally to describe the opportunities for physical activity in psychiatric hospitals and detention institutes. This diploma thesis also surveys the opinions of the staff working in these facilities on the above stated issues. The first part introduces basic information concerning this topic. Next comes a part describing types of punishments and preventive measures. In the subsequent part, I describe measures imposed on juveniles and children under the age of 15 with an emphasis on protective education. Next, I explain important concepts and terms connected with this topic. I pay attention primarily to insanity, diminished sanity, mental illnesses and abuse of addictive substances. The appearance of respiratory disease in cross country skiing

Title: The appearance of respiratory disease in cross country skiing Objectives: Aim of bachelor's thesis is to determine the incidence of respiratory disease in cross country skiers and approach the problem of asthma and its occurrence in cross-country skiers. Another goal is to find treatment in elite cross-country skiers and influence of respiratory disease on the performance of cross-country skiers. Methods: In the thesis was used method to survey and content analysis of documents. Results: We found that eight of the nineteen representatives of the Czech Republic has problems with respiratory illnesses, of which has seven representatives of the Czech Republic asthma, which is 34%. Investment decision-making in collective investment

The thesis is focused on using instruments of collective investment (mutual funds) for recommendations of more effective financial portfolios of ten real investors. For accomplishing goals of the thesis, firstly it is essential to define basic theoretical knowledge in terms of collective investment or more precissely mutual funds (chapter 2, Theory of collective investment). Subsequently it is necessary to set how will portfolio recommendations be formulated. It is also important to determine key investors characteristics, which are going to effect recommendations (chapter 3, Formulating portfolios). For real contribution it is vital to choose particular mutual funds, which are suitable for recommended portfolios (chapter 4, Selection of mutual funds). Pivotal part of the thesis is the chapter 5, Investment cases, which contains ten real financial portfolios. For each investor is recommended an optimal investment portfolio, which takes into account all known relevant information about the investor. For each case a comparison of current and recommended portfolio is created. The thesis is summarized by the chapter 6, Summary of investment cases, in which a discussion of aggregated results is broken into three areas: the most important investors characteristics, asset allocation of the portfolios and statistical differences between the current and the recommended portfolios.
