The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to restore the chateau and the manor house in Vážany nad Litavou. The building is located in the village of Vážany nad Litavou, located approximately 3 kilometres southwest of Slavkov u Brna. The building is situated in the southwest of the village and can be found in the old construction of the village. The building is two-storey and partially sub-cellared. The roof above the one-storey section is saddled and the roof above the two-storey section is half-hipped. The roof includes two skylights. The building is not a cultural monument. It was built by the Jesuits in the 80s of 16th-century. In the 70s of 18th-century, the Jesuit order was abolished. Since 1950, the building has been owned by the JZD (single agricultural cooperative). The building is now used only in a small part. There are services (nail studio and textile shop), and some rooms are used for local associations (hunter and breeders). The aim of my design was to give the structure its original form – that is to purge it of structures that suppress its historical appearance. There will be replacement of windows, doors, roof covering. There will be new tinsmith elements and ledges. The building will have new uses. There will be the production of macarons and herbs products, candy store and sewing workshop to process dried herbs. These will be grown in the garden.

This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Litomyšl. The apartment building is located in the northwestern part of Litomyšl, in an area designated for mass housing. It is a detached three-storey house that has no basement. There are 6 residential units and each apartment unit has its own garage. On the northwest side there are 12 parking spaces. The vertical construction system is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated by a contact insulation system ETICS made of mineral wool. Horizontal structures are made of ceiling panels filigran SPF 6 thickness of 250 mm. The balcony slabs are made of a monolithic slab with a thickness of 150 mm brought out by ISO – beams. Movement between the individual floors is ensured in the building by means of a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator. The walls around the elevator shaft are made of lost formwork. Due to unfavorable foundation conditions, the building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, which is made under the entire ground plan of the building. Above this plate there is a free space called "crawl space". Above that space there is a reinforced concrete slab, which forms the supporting layer of the floor on the ground floor. The roof of the apartment building is single-walled, vegetative. The design itself is carried out according to the permissible regulations in this locality. Part of the bachelor thesis is the management of the technical equipment of the buildings of the distribution in the building and the assessment of building physics (thermal technology, acoustics and lighting). The following programs were used for the elaboration of the project documentation: AutoCAD 2021, ArchiCAD 23, Building Designe, Hluk +, DEKSOFT, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
