Economical aspects of organizing music events in municipal monuments

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe various way of organizing music events in historical objects and monuments. The first volume is focused on the issue of local and regional culture and cultural. Next part brings the theoretical manual how to organize and handle with music events at all but especially with music events in historical objects. The third part, which is focused on the practical way, presents "Haydn music festival" and "Music in the synagogues of the pilsner region" from this point of view. The last part summarizes the research focused on experience and satisfaction of visitors of music events.

Economics of utilization and functioning of historical monument in light of regional developement on the example of Cesky Krumlov region

A thesis is concerned with the functioning of the State Castle and Chateau of Cesky Krumlov and with the impact of the UNESCO monument on the krumlov's tourist destination and region. A theoretical part is focused on area of the legal regulations of monument preservation and on possibilities of the financing of historical monuments in the Czech republic, as well as on economic contexts of the historical areas and on the theory of regional development and tourist trade. An applicative part focuses on the rich history of krumlov's region, as well as on the building and historical development of the town Český Krumlov. The basic part is dedicated to the economic analyze of functioning of the castle and to the effectiveness of functioning of krumlov's tourist destination. Krumlov should be apprehended in the wider regional context therefore is final part dedicated to the analyze of potential regional tourist corridors. The aim of this thesis is to make analyze of functioning of the State Castle and Chateau Český Krumlov in light of effectiveness and operating potential into the future and demonstrate basis functional absences and unimproved developing potentiality of krumlov's tourist destination in the wider context of regional development.

Housing development in Prague and Central Bohemia region

This Diploma thesis focuses on new housing development. The aim is to evaluate housing development in Prague and Central Bohemia region and point out factors that affect housing development. This work is seen on demographic, social, economic and political factors. The first part defines basic concepts and put into the real estate market and housing market. The following section analyses the various factors that affect housing, such as the demographic situation and its trends, economic and social environment, legal environment and government policy and prices. Another part of the work evaluates housing development in Prague and Central Bohemia by using empirical data from the Czech Statistical Office. The last part of the work deals with problems of suburbanisation in terms of migration flows and the impact reflecting in living and socio-economic environment, territorial planning, transport and economy.

Spatial planning in France

This bachelor thesis is based on the problem of spatial planning in France. The first part is the general characteristics of France and its land use. The part about the system of French spatial planning consists of a description of the history, from which the French spatial planning gets its direction. Then there is a list of authorities and institutions of spatial planning with their essential characterization. The last part dealing with France is a summary of instruments used in spatial planning. The next part focuses on the Czech Republic and its spatial planning. It includes a historical chapter of Czech spacial planning. Next we find a structure of authorities and insitutions and, again, the instruments of spatial planning. In term of the two analyses, I have made a comparison of these two systems of spatial planning. I have found some interesting correspondences as well as some differences.

Specific Cultural Attributes as the Source of Regional Development ? Exemplified by the Region Slovácko

Diplomová práce se vztahuje k etnografické oblasti Slovácko. Jejím cílem je zjistit, zda kulturní specifika této oblasti (se zaměřením na tradiční lidovou kulturu) mohou skutečně být zdrojem regionálního rozvoje. Obsahuje vymezení území Slovácka z různých hledisek a také přibližuje jeho nejvýznamnější kulturní potenciál. Práce dále vysvětluje dosažitelnost regionálního rozvoje území prostřednictvím rozvoje cestovního ruchu, kde vychází ze statistických dat a marketingových šetření nabídky a poptávky cestovního ruchu. Zabývá se také problematikou realizace projektů spolufinancovaných z fondů EU na území Slovácka, které vedou k zachování kulturních specifik, ke zvýšení atraktivnosti území a jeho následnému rozvoji.

Social and Economic Analysis of Development of the České Budějovice District with Regard to the Novohradsko area

Diplomová práce se zabývá sociální a ekonomickou analýzou rozvoje okresu České Budějovice, kdy hlavní pozornost směřuji na okrajovou část tohoto okresu ? na Novohradsko. Po úvodní kapitole věnované teoretickým východiskům práce, následují již zcela praktické části práce. V nich se postupně věnuji základní charakteristice oblasti, obyvatelstvu, místní ekonomice, infrastruktuře a cestovnímu ruchu, který považuji za rozhodující faktor rozvoje tohoto území. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je v poslední části vypracována SWOT analýza, která shrnuje silné a slabé stránky a poukazuje na možné příležitosti a hrozby v dalším rozvoji území.

Brownfields

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice brownfields. Definuje pojem brownfields a popisuje jeho jednotlivé typy. Dále se zabývá trendy, které tuto problematiku doprovází a zkoumá možné přístupy k řešení brownfields. Součástí je analýza přístupů vybraných zemí k řešení tohoto tématu. Vzhledem k příležitosti čerpání finančních prostředků EU v programovacím období 2007 - 2013, která je České republice přislíbena, analyzuje též možnosti jejich částečného využití v oblasti regenerace brownfields. Poslední část se věnuje rozboru 4 případových studií s nástinem jejich řešení.

Občanská participace a role správního managementu města

Práce shrnuje problematiku řízení institucí ve veřejné správě, zaměřuje se na spoluúčast občanů na řízení města a rozhodování o jeho rozvojových aktivitách. Pozornost je věnována specifické agendě manažera veřejné správy a manažerským metodám a konceptům řízení používaným ve veřejné správě. Jsou shrnuta základní fakta o procesu komunikace a spolupráce zástupců radnice s občanským sektorem, včetně pojednání o jejich pozitivních a negativních stránkách.V práci je věnována pozornost i historickému vývoji veřejné správy na našem území se zaměřením na řízení měst a problematice typologického členění měst. Na základě znalosti souvislostí na národní úrovni se práce věnuje veřejné správě a jejím trendům i z evropského úhlu pohledu. Práce vyúsťuje v praktickou část, kde se autorka pokouší charakterizovat situaci v městské části Praha 19.
