The Using of Fundamental Analysis to Evaluate the Price of the Chosen Stock

In the first part the diploma thesis is focused for introduction to fundamental analysis and in the second part is the fundamental analysis practiced on O2 Czech Republic a.s. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the intrinsic value of stocks selected valuation models and compare them with the market price, and finally issue investment recommendations on selected shares.
Global Analysis examines the macroeconomic conditions that affect in the long-term the financial market. Sectoral analysis is focused on the telecommunications sector, where factors affecting the selected sectors are assessed. In corporate analysis, financial analysis is made and in the end intrinsic value of shares O2 Czech Republic a.s. is calculated.

Evaluation the Financial Situation of the Selected Business Entity

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the selected company Eutit Ltd. for a selected period. The firm is the world's largest producer of fused basalt. Assessing the financial situation will be made for the period 2012-2015.
The theoretical part focuses on the theoretical foundations of financial analysis, describes its objectives, principles of the method used most in practice provides a current view on the issue of financial analysis.
The practical part describes the selected company, its history and present. For the evaluation of economic situation of company Eutit Ltd. was the use of horizontal, vertical analysis, financial ratios analysis using bankruptcy or credibility models. Subsequently, the calculated values of indicators will be compared with the industry average values.
In conclusion, the evaluated results of the financial analysis are to determine the overall economic effectiveness of the selected company with evaluated as very positive.

This thesis is focused on the free time of children under the age of 18 and possibilities of its spending in a specific institution.
Free time is a part of everyday life and there are many ways of its spending. It is very important for education of young people.
The theoretical part is focused on basic terms as free time, institutions a voluntary firemen and their organisation in the Czech Republic.
The research part is focused on the analysis of chosen Club of voluntary firemen with children's club.
The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the institution reaches its aims and to recommend some improvements.

Subject of master's thesis, "Technical Analysis of Chosen Stock Titles" is a study of both technical analysis and focus of usability of technical analysis in practice. At the beginning, this work focuses on theoretical materials, which are then used for elaborating methods of technical analysis. Finally, the work includes testing of individual elements of technical analysis and application of technical indicators in capital markets.

Analysis of the crude oil price trend

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the price trend on crude oil WTI and crude oil Brent in last 30 years. This thesis aims to clarify important price changes of crude oil and to find out the main circumstances, which caused them, eventually how the factors affected the changes both in positive or negative way. Then determine the price prediction of both crude oil markets. Necessary information are tested by analysis tools used on time series, which are used to evaluate the price development of crude oil and the factors that affect the price trend. Thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first one is devoted to theoretical investigation. The second is practical, which is divided into three subchapters. Theoretical part summarizes main factors affecting the price development of crude oil such are war conflicts, natural influences and others. The first subchapter of practical part mutually compares the price trend of crude oil Brent and WTI. In following subchapter are individually researched significant events that caused the changes of crude oil price in already mentioned period. Last subchapter pays attention on prediction of price trend on both markets. The resulting survey shows up significant mutual dependence between both markets.

The topic of the thesis Efficiency of investments company Ecoproduct s.r.o. (Ltd.) is the analytical evaluation of activities, processes, economic (financial) value of the company, the influence of a legal framework on activities of the firm and last but not least the assessment of new investments. The theoretical part is referencing properly cited expert information resources. The practical application includes SWOT analysis of efficiency of the company more focused on the technical and marketing analysis (4P). The paper also brings a financial analysis of investments to the company including evaluation of performance indicators. In the resume there is the analysis of an investment to the production of beef innards and the proposal of acquisition of new machine production.

A Draft of the Investment Portfolio for a Physical Person in the Financial Market in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the possibilities of investing in the financial market in the Czech Republic for free different types of investors who are different attitude to risk. The first part is generally characterized by the term investment, portfolio theory, types of investment strategies and variol investment instruments, whether in individual investment, as well as in collective investment schemes in which we invest, thereby realizing their funds.
Own part is then focused on the modeling of achal investment portfolio for conservative, balanced and aggressive investor. For each of them is first characterized by its current portfolio, which have been shown in some parts as unsatisfactory and there for esubsequently proposed a new, more that meets investor requirements. They are considered basic requirements for return, risk and liquidity, as well as time horizon, which represents investor. Also, investor perceptions and visions for the future. In conclusion thee valuation of the diference between the current and new lyproposed investment portfolio for each client.

Financial Report - Financial Statements of Municipality

The aim of the thesis is the description and the evaluation process of the financial statements in the selected municipality under applicable law. The theoretical section describe briefly management condition of municipality. The theoretical section deal with the description of process of the financial statements under applicable law of Czech Republic. Process of the financial statements begin preparatory works, next section is close account and quantification of tax from income. Subsequently theoretical section describe composition of statements of financial statements. End of theoretical section deal with obligation of financial statements, that is authentication, authorization, publishing and archiving of financial statements. Practical section deal with the description of process of financial statements in the selected municipality and evaluation under applicable law. The thesis give suggestion and recommendation for improvement in section where was identified mistake by analysis of process of financial statements.

Desertation thesis deals with the evaluation of financial statements by the chosen municipality. In the theoretical part are described single steps of financial statements according to valid law standards and professional literature dealing with this issue. It relates to preparatory work, final accounting operations, reporting, and of course, all obligations connected with it, like for example review of economy, approval and release of the financial statements. Practical part contains the check of correctness of the process of financial statements by the chosen municipality based on theoretical starting point. In the conclusion are evaluated results and also suggested recommendations for improving the process of financial statements.
