Name of the rigorous thesis in English: Immediate termination of employment This thesis deals with the topic of immediate termination of employment by both the employee and the employer. It deals with the topic mainly with regard to the rich related case law, opinions of the professional public and the amendment to the Labour Code made by Act No. 285/2020 Coll., which is effective from 30 July 2020. In relation to the Labour Code, the aforementioned amendment also concerned issues related to the delivery of documents, including the immediate termination of employment. Therefore, the thesis devotes more space to the issues related to the delivery of immediate termination of the employment relationship to the other party to the employment relationship, or the individual methods of its service. For example, a new provision has been added to Section 335a of the Labour Code, which regulates delivery by the employer via a data mailbox. Immediate termination of the employment relationship is one of the methods of unilateral termination of the employment relationship, and it is an utmost method. Name of the diploma thesis in English: Compensation for detriments of accidents at work in terms of practice and judicature This diploma thesis deals with the topic of compensation for detriments caused to employees by an accident at work. Diploma elaborates the quoted topic with respect to the legislation in force in December 2018 and reflects the plentiful jurisprudence related to the subject. The author has met the compensation for detriments related to occupational injuries as part of his work at law office. The reason for choosing the topic was mainly the author's interest in the issue of accidents at work and the claims brought with those accidents. The aim of this work is to give a comprehensive explanation of the issue of compensation for detriments caused by work accident. The diploma is going to answer questions about specific rights of subject, how to define these claims and to calculate their amount and also which specific obligations related to work accidents must be fulfilled by the employee and the employer. The first chapter deals with the liability for damages caused by work accidents and also with the employer's possibilities for liberation. Nestacionární a nelineární výpočet teplotního pole v konstrukci obvodového pláště dřevostavby

The thesis analyzes the temperature field in construction details in an envelope of a wooden house. The fundamental task is a comparison of steady and unsteady calculation taking into account or disregarding the material properties depending on temperature. The partial task was to design a construction of envelope for wooden building and on the basis of this construction to create 2-D geometric models in the software Comsol Multiphysics which is based on the finite element method. For the calculation of the temperature field is applied boundary condition of the third order with actual values of the exterior temperature in winter. To maximize the credibility of simulation software are included the equation expressing the dependence on the temperature of material constants of timber and mineral wool. As the final result to the temperature field numerical models of the peripheral wall between stationary and non-stationary plot is analyzed mutual description of the behavior of thermal processes. In the results are further clarified the cause of the construction physical phenomena.

Umístění dřevostavby v terénu pomocí software ArchiCAD na lokalitě v obci Lipina, okres Zlín

The theme of the thesis is the location of the wooden buildings in the field by using ArchiCAD software in the village Lipina, district Zlín. This thesis consists of several steps. The first step of this thesis was to choose a target terrain by using a total station and to model the terrain in ArchiCAD software. This activity was followed by proposing wooden building and creating a 3D model of the house, which I put into a digital terrain model. The work includes a detailed process of modeling the terrain and the house. An inseparable part of the thesis is also a partial technical documentation of the house according to the principles and rules that deal with this issue.

economics of professional sports club

In the thesis I focused on economics situation of the football club. This situation is analyzed by financial analysis and is compared with economics results of another domestic clubs and also with one foreign football club. The thesis should identify weaknesses of Sparta and should suggest best solutions.
