Betweenness centrality is a network centrality measure based on the amount of shortest paths passing through a given vertex. A graph is betweenness-uniform (BUG)if all vertices have an equal value of betweenness centrality. In this contribution, we focus on betweenness-uniform graphs with betweenness centrality below one. We disprove a conjecture about the existence of a BUG with betweenness value α for any rational numberαfrom the interval (3/4,∞) by showing that only very few betweenness centrality values below 6/7 are attained for at least one BUG. Furthermore, among graphs with diameter at least three, there are no betweenness-uniform graphs with a betweenness centrality smaller than one. In graphs of smaller diameter, the same can be shown under a uniformity condition on the components of the complement.
The Comparison of language stylization of online and printed music magazines
POKORNÁ, Aneta
The bachelor thesis focuses on linguistic wording analysis of music magazines. The aim is to determine which means of expression are used in music journalism and how linguistic wording of chosen printed and electronic music magazines differ from each other. In the theoretical part, publicistic style, fundamental terms from the field of journalism and media, and general information about music magazines will be introduced. The practical part will be based on analysis of particular articles from the chosen magazines which will be subsequently compared.

The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the field of human resources management and to set out proposals for improvement. The aim of this work is also to confirm or refuse the hypotheses.
Comparing two main community detection algorithms and their applications on human brains
Čížková, Kateřina ; Pokorná, Aneta (advisor) ; Korvasová, Karolína (referee)
Complex networks help us to understand complicated phenomena, including human brain. One of its key characteristics is its modular organization, also know as community structure. This thesis compares two main community detection algorithms, the Louvain algorithm and the label propagation algorithm. We show some differences in the rsults of the algorithms. On the other hand, we also discuss their common properties. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to community detection in human brain functional networks. It is known that the community structure of a human brain functional network changes during aging or due to some diseases. We compared the modularity and number of communities in functional networks of patients with the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis before and after a neurorehabilitation therapy. We did not find any significant change considering the whole dataset. However, the modularity changed in the functional net- works of the six patients with a primary progressive course of multiple sclerosis. We show that there might be other minor changes in correlation with fMRI protocol or patients' gender. 1
Vlastnosti síťových centralit

The need to understand the structure of complex networks increases as both their complexity and the dependency of human society on them grows. Network centralities help to recognize the key elements of these networks. Betweenness centrality is a network centrality measure based on shortest paths. More precisely, the contribution of a pair of vertices u, v to a vertex w ̸= u, v is the fraction of the shortest uv-paths which lead through w. Betweenness centrality is then given by the sum of contributions of all pairs of vertices u, v ̸= w to w. In this work, we have summarized known results regarding both exact values and bounds on betweenness. Additionally, we have improved an existing bound and obtained more exact formulation for r-regular graphs. We have made two major contributions about betweenness uniform graphs, whose vertices have uniform betweenness value. The first is that all betweenness uniform graphs of order n with maximal degree n − k have diameter at most k, by which we have solved a conjecture posed in the literature. The second major result is that betweenness uniform graphs nonisomorphic to a cycle that are either vertex- or edge-transitive are 3-connected, by which we have partially solved another conjecture. 1
Motivation and Stimulation of Human Resources in a Selected Organization
POKORNÁ, Aneta
Motivation and stimulation of human resources is discussed more and more nowadays but it is still not easy to keep employees motivated. Knowing the needs and the desires of employees is vital in enhancing a positive relation and a resultant effective work execution. Satisfied employees are loyal to their employers and want to stay in the organization. Organizations need to have a well elaborated system of motivation to achieve that. A company called E.ON has been chosen for this work. The company's current state of motivation and stimulation is evaluated through a questionnaire survey held amongst employees and an interview with a manager. Afterwards the obtained data are analysed and evaluated in charts and tables. The main purpose of the thesis is to identify the motivation and stimulation of human resources and to propose changes leading to the improvement of the current situation.
Národní dědictví - zhodnocení přístupu státu a obyvatel
Pokorná, Aneta
This diploma thesis deals with the assessment approach of the country and citizen to the national cultural heritage. For this assessment was selected third least vis-ited region in the Czech Republic-Vysocina region. The aim of the work is the analysis of a questionnaire to identify the reasons that prevent greater development of tourism in the Vysocina region, because this region has a large untapped potential. Another aim is to find out the opinion of citizen to cultural heritage-both in the Vysocina region and in general. This thesis contains theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part serve to clarify issues of cultural heritage and to explain the basic concepts related to this topic. Further in this section, the function of the country, which is the most important player in the care of cultural heritage and there are mentioned methods of funding for cultural heritage. With this diploma thesis is closely related to tourism and cultural tourism, which in this section is also elucidated. The practical part includes an evaluation of the current situation in the Vysocina region in terms of tourism. Another part is the statistical analysis of the results of the research, which was implemented among residents and visitors of the Vysocina region (analysis of frequency distribution and analysis of dependencies). The thesis also contains SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, oppor-tunities and threats Vysocina region. In this part of the thesis are specified problems and suggestions for their solution.
