The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a new company producing interior design lighting. The first part of this work is to define the theoretical basis for business, business plan and selected methods of strategic analysis. The second part deals with the analysis of the external and internal environment of the planned company and the evaluation of the current market situation based on the results of primary marketing research. The last part of the thesis deals with the business plan itself and its parts.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the economic situation selected company with indicators of financial analysis and then on calculations chosed statistic methods. Thesis is divided into teo parts. First part deals primarily in theoretical topics like financial theoretic, thesis goals or processing procedure. Second part contains practical financial analysis and proposals to improve current situation.
