Diploma work is dealing with new building rekreation center for family recreation and catering. The object takes place on a flatland terrain. It is solved like a duplex, without basement and with a terrace on the second floor. The basics is made of concrete C16/20. The vertical support system is designed from blocks POROTHERM 44 Profi and 30 Profi, partitions from blocks POROTHERM 14 Profi and 8 Profi. The ceiling construction will be mounted from concrete ceiling panels SPIROLL. The object will be covered by flat roof.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of documentation of a family house. This Project as well as the addenda are elaborated according to the contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on the plot number 201/52 in České Vrbné area. This is a family house with a garage. This object is two-floored basement house whit an attic. On the first floor there is a living room, an office, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest room and a garage. In the second floor there is a bedroom, two kid's bedrooms, a terace and bathroom. In the basement there is a fitness room, a technical base, a storage room and a playroom. The floor plan of the house is broken with a pitched roof. The bearing walls are constructed of the Porotherm system.

The topic of my bachleor thesis is a Family house. In my thesis I am mostly dealing with the project documentation for construction of the new building. House is suitable for family with four members. It is located in urban area where construction of other family houses in Staré Hradiště takes place. The terrain is slightly inclined towards the north. The house is a two storey-building of a rectangular floor plan and has partial basement. Beside the house is a garage of rectangular floor plan, that has one shared wall with the house. The building is constructed out of ceramic blocks Porotherm, ceilings are also constructed in the Porotherm system. Between floors is designed monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The building has a gable roof with inclination of 25 ° and its loadbearing structure is purlin wooden roof.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a family house with one story above ground and residential basement under the part of building. Shed roof has a slope of 7%. As the load-bearing construction were used bidirectional structure walls made of Porotherm bricks. The building is situated on slightly sloping plot towards the west. All the used constructions are according valid ČSN regulations.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a project of a new building of a family house with accommodation situated in the cadastral area of Rozstání pod Kojálem village . The house is sitting on the suburb of the village. This house is designed for a family of 5 members. There is built a garage next to the house. The garage is not directly connected to the family house. Roofing of the garage object is solved by a double pithced roof. For the main wall structural system we have used mainly Porotherm system. There are used Heluz Family 2in1 - TI blocks for the perimeter construction . Documentation has been prepared for this building construction. The graphical part of this documentation has been processed in the AUTOCAD software.

In the bachelor´s thesis is solved lately erected building freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Drnovice, parc. no 1750/3, Blansko district. The house has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outlone of the house are 15,14x17,15. Ridge height is 7,475m. The basis contruction are of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 100/100/6. The building is performed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof rack of the house is made of metal roofing.

This is a new building of family house in a partly built-up area. The building plot is situated on nearly flat terrain. The building is located in the town Nové Město na Moravě, in the district Žďár nad Sázavou, in the region Vysočina. The building has got two floors and it is partly with cellar. There are the central hall with cloakroom, guest-room, kitchen and living room, bathroom, separate toilet and garage for one car on the ground floor. Two rooms for children, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and terrace above the garage are established on the second floor. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. The underground part of the building is made of concrete bricks STANDARD. Overground part of the building is build of building system POROTHERM with contact insubtion system form of BAUMIT company. The roof is gabled with a slope of 24°. The tile roofing tiling is made of concrete roof tiles BRAMAC MAX. This bachelor thesis deals with the plan for a new building of a detached house. The design is two-storey house with residential attic and partial basement. It is to be situated in the district of Letohrad, in the town district Kunčice. The construction is based on the strip footings of plain concrete. The vertical and horizontal supporting structures are made from Porotherm. The wall material is ceramic bricks, the ceilings are folded from beams and brick inserts Miako. The stairs are monolithic, made from reinforced concrete. The roof is gabled and it is made of wooden rafters, with a covering of ceramic tiles Tondach.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and draft project documentation for the building works of a family house with an in-house hairdresser´s salon in the cadastral area of Řečany nad Labem. It is a three-storey detached house with its interior layout corresponding to the conditions of service. The family house is designed for a four-member family. In the lower basement there is a storeroom, a utility room, and a workout room. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, moreover, there is the hairdresser´s salon designed for the owner of the house. The first floor is designed as the area for living. The structure of the building is made of the system of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of BAUMIT OPEN with the thickness of 120 mm. Peripheral vertical supporting structures of the ground floor and the first floor will be lined with POROTHERM 30 P+D and the basement will be made from a permanent formwork of DEK 30. The interior bearing masonry walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P+D and non-bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 11.5 AKU. The exterior plastering in light grey colour is the water-resistant, thin-film grooved plaster of BAUMIT OPENTOP with the grains of 2 mm. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Samba 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring, laminate floor, and rubber floor tiles. The main aim of my work was to design a layout for the particular purpose, i.e. a suitable solution of the structure and a draft of technical documentation with drawings, text part included.
