Revitalization study for small water reservoir

This Diploma Thesis deals with small water reservoirs as significant landscape elements, that have the essential influence on preservation or increase of generic diversity of the whole territory. In a specific example of the proposal of restoration of a small water reservoirs the pond Panský in the cadastral area of Lhota by Kamenice nad Lipou is presented the suitable way of approach to original, natural functions of this minor dam considering the interest of the owner, who uses the pond for semiintense fish farming.

Growing corn for biogas production

In my bachelor's thesis I deal with a corn growing and it's irreplaceable role in a biogas production in BPS according to a suitable hybrid for given manufacturing conditions. The alternative use of corn as an energy plant shows one of the ways which are followed by some agricultural companies. With regard to use of current technologies for a corn silage production, and a possibility to use a biogas waste product as an adequate fertilizer and mainly the biogas production helps to stabilize the companies financially.
