Camera based eye tracking

The aim of this master thesis is to understand problematic of eyes movement tracking using webcam. In individual chapters there are introduced basic approaches of eyes movement tracking, based on this method we can get the position of eye pupil and identify where a person looks. The part of this work is program in Matlab, which using the method of infrared detection follow the position of eye pupil and transfer this movements to the movements on the computer screen. Using this program it was tested several volunteers and the results of detection were transferred to the visual form. As part of this program it was created template for assessment of accuracy of used method. At the end of work are discussed achieved results.

Bachelor thesis is about theory of outdoor illuminating system in area of public streets and roads. Thesis is divided into the two parts. First part describe basic terms of photometry and measure technique along with hygienic regulation of ČSN EN 13201 standard. In this part is also a describable of geographic information system ArcGIS, which can be used in practice part. Second part is about practice of measure illumination of standard ČSN EN 13201 specification. This measure was performed in different parts of Brumovice village (South of Moravia). These results were compared by hygienic regulation of ČSN EN 13201 specification. The final result of this research is a map of public outdoor illuminating system. In this map there are marked parts, which fall within convenient of good and bad answers, according ČSN EN 13201 specification standard.
