I will attend to concept of useful strategy for e-commerce in my bacholer´s thesis wchich will be useful for production companies. The objective is to joint customers requirements with possibilities which are offered by production companies. Intermediary will be already alluded e-commerce. I will inform about customers satisfaction with e-commerce. I will target the trend which is development of internet population proceed, which make up target group of e-shops potential customers. I will make some analyse, which are necessary for proposition of mere strategy in practical part of my bacholer´s thesis. I will attend to aims which copany should achieve, technology which should by available and possibilities , which should be valorize.

I will attend to creation suitable model of e-marketing for e-shop with flowers in my diploma work. The aim will by join the possible instruments of online marketing in order that the company can succesfully work on the Internet. and ensure the betterposition before the competition. I will focus on e-marketing and its individua instruments. I will make some analysis of the company, by virtue of I will propose what kind of e-marketing can company use. Last but not least I will attend to the aims, which company should achieve and own potential which should valorize.

Antipredatory reaction of leopard gecko Eublepharis macularius to snake predators

4 ABSTRACT If there is an innate, specific idea of the natural animal predator, antipredatory reactions should occur even the subjects are kept in captivity for several generations. An ideal subject for this type of research is the leopard gecko (Eublepharis macularius), an animal which is kept in captivity for several generations (there are also several wild subjects in our laboratory). Its primary enemy in rural Pakistan is the snake. The goal of this thesis was to explore the leopard gecko's antipredatory behaviour, to the snake predators combining sympatric and alopatric behaviour, to other ecological factors. The predators are: Spalerosophis diadema (sympatric, reptile-vorous), Elaphe q. quatuorlineata (allopatric, prefers warm-blooded chordates, but also reptile- vorous), Hemorrhois hippocrepis (allopatric, lizards are its main prey), Lampropeltis getula californiae (alopatric, reptile-vorous), Eryx johnii (sympatric, eats young rodents and reptile), Gongylophis colubrinus (allopatric, eats young rodents and reptile) and Malpolon monspessulanus (allopatric, is moderately dangerous for leopard geckos). As an control was chosen Pseudopus apodus (native to Iran, eats invertebrates, small rodents and reptile). Sampling tests were performed with these leopard geckos. Physiotherapeutic procedures affecting muscle imbalance of children of younger school age - attending classes for gifted children

This bachelor work is focused on muscle imbalance of gifted children of younger school age and possibility of its influence by using some physiotherapeutic approaches. Muscle imbalance is a condition where we can found imbalance between the muscles around a joint. Tonus of these muscles is not ideal, because some muscles (tonic muscles) are overloading and other (phasic muscles) are becoming weaker. Either setting of joint is not ideal in this condition because the joint is overloaded. If such a condition does not solve the pathology may get worse and other functional and structural changes can appear (Čermák, 2008; Kolář, 2009). The cause of muscle imbalance is inappropriate functional load such as excessive, inadequate or inappropriate qualitative claims applied on the muscle (Čermák, 2008). An example of such loading is carrying heavy backpacks, bad mattress, one-sided load, prolonged sitting in free time activities (TV, PC) or lifestyle (Petersen, 2013; Kolisko, Fojtíková, 2003). The theoretical part is gradually defined the term "gifted child", defined parts of the locomotor system, described motoric development of the child, explained issue of muscle imbalances. Furthermore selected researches works, outlined diagnostics of posture and last but not least mentioned some often used physiotherapeutic approaches to influence muscle imbalances and poor posture. The aim was to map the shortened and weakened muscle groups in chosen class for specially gifted. By using some physiotherapeutic approaches affect positively these imbalances and compare the results with children attending regular classes from researches which have been already carried out. The practical part is processed in the form of qualitative research. The research sample included 14 children attending the 4th grade for specially gifted children between 9 and 10 years. Collection of data was conducted by taking direct medical history, examination of the input, output test and podoscop examination. Four children also agreed with photographs of whole body. All has been done with the informed consent of the parents. The work can be used as educational material for medical professionals, patients or their families.

Specific work with manifestations ADHD by the children at the primary school

This thesis focuses on specific work of primary school teachers that is related to children with the symptoms of ADHD. The theoretical part describes primary school system, young school age children from the perspective of development psychology, further it deals with ADHD in terms of terminology, occurrence, origins of this disorder and description of symptoms ADHD. The practical part of this thesis contains interviews with teachers which encountered children with ADHD during their working experience.It analyses ways of pedagogic work with this disorder in primary schools.
