This Bachelor Thesis analyses marketing mix strategy of CAFFE PARK Slovaňák Café in Brno, Královo pole. The company focuses on gastronomy; their main product is coffee and related products. The theoretical part of this work explains basic concepts and notions related to the topic. The analytical part presents the company's business activities and most importantly comments on the current condition of marketing mix strategy; this part contains also SWOT analysis. The final part presents suggestions aimed to improve individual aspects of marketing mix of the company, which shall result in increasing number of customers and thus increasing average daily turnover.
