In the thesis is solved newly built freestanding house. The building will be located in the village Jedovnice, K Propadání street, parc. No. 2322/72, Blansko district. House has two floors with a partial basement. Maximum dimensions in circumscribing the outline of the house are 14.6 x16.55 m. Ridge height is 7.23 m. House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a detached house with a business activity in the town Hodonín. The house with two floors is partly basement. The building with flat for five persons and functionally separate real estate agents for two employees. The house is designed of the construction system Porotherm. The roof is sloped with a wooden load-bearing construction with dormer and walkable flat roof over the real estate agency. Structure is based on strip foundations.

The bachelor work contains design documents of a standalone family house. This house is situated in the village Lipůvka, region Blansko in parcel no. 662/69 in the land register of Lipůvka. Built up area is 231,3 m2. Family house is two-stroyed, partial basement with an attic. On ground floor is designed entrance, vestibule, bathroom, WC, kitchen, pantry, dining room, tercce, living room, staircase, corridor, quest-room, garage, workshop, dressroom. In the attic are situated three rooms, bedroom, bathroom, WC, dressroom, loggia. In the basement are situated laundry room, boiler room, warehouse appliance. The building is based on foundation strips made from concrete C20/25, all frame structures are designed in the system Porotherm. Staircase is made as monolithic construction with wood paneling. The roof is gabled roof with type of „hambalek“ construction. Roof slope is 35° with ceramic tile of „Tondach Francouska 14“

The theme of diploma thesis is processing of the design documentation of a home for the elderly people in the village Benešov u Boskovic. The house with three floors is without basement. The building is operationally divided into several separate parts. The mainly part of the building is for living of elderly people. The rest of the building consists of several partial operational units. The house is designed of the construction system Porotherm. The warm flat roof is with a concrete load-bearing structure.
Multifunctional building

The diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration of the project documentation of a polyfunctional house with a café in Kyjov. The new building is located in the northern part of the city. It is a 4 floor object, partlial basement building with a saddle roof. The house is based on plain concrete slabs. The supporting peripheral and internal masonry is designed from POROTHERM brick blocks. In the cafeteria, an open layout is proposed using beams and columns. Ceiling structures are designed from the POROTHERM MIAKO system. The roof structure is designed with a truss with sheet metal cover. The perimeter walls in the 1PP are designed from blocks of loose formwork filled with concrete, which are insulated with extruded polystyrene. The building is functionally divided into 2 parts, each with its own entrance. The café is equipped with a vestibule, its own café, toilet for women and men with cabins for handicapped visitors and a background with a storeroom, dressing room and WC with a hall. The residential part consists of 4 garages and 6 apartments, 2 of which are adapted for the handicapped. The object is designed with natural ventilation. The object is barrier-free. In front of the building is proposed a parking space for 9 seats, 2 of which are designed for handicapped and 2 for apartment owners.

he diploma thesis prepares the documentation for permission of the construction of the town building in Ivančice.This is a building modification of the building.The object will be insulated from the outside of the polystyrene tl. 200 mm and thus the external dimensions of the building are changed to 18,855x15,955 m. The building will be roofed with a honeycomb roof on the crown system. The main entrance to the building is from the south side, behind which is a doorway allowing access to a room with a refreshment sitting and further to the entrance hall where there is a lift barrier and a two-line straight staircase allowing access to 2NP.On the left side of the elevator there is a corridor leading to technical rooms and cloakrooms for employees. From the entrance hall there is access to the closets for the public, computer rooms and staff backgrounds. After entry from the entrance hall to the entrance hall there is a toilet for the disabled and also access to social facilities separated separately for men and women. The sanitary facility for men includes two separate WC cabins, a hallway, a separate enclosed room with a urinal, a washroom with a cleaning room. Sanitary facilities for women include two separate closable WC cabins, a hall and a washroom. From the entrance there is access to the corridor allowing to the cloakroom for staff as well as to the washroom and toilet for the staff. When designing changes, emphasis was placed on preserving the original appearance of the building. The layout of the building has changed. The object meets the prescribed standards and regulations

Thesis elaborates project documentation for new residential building in Prague 8 - Karlín. The building has five floors without a basement. In 1.NP are located collective garages for cars, garage - parking for bicycles and motorcycles, a cellar for residential units and the main entrances to the building. 2.NP - 5.NP is reserved for housing. The apartment building has three types of units with different layout arrangement - 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk and one unit for persons with disabilities. Each apartment has its own entrance to the balcony. Inputs to the roof are placed above the 5th floor Foundations are designed as footings under reinforced concrete columns with a combination of the base plate. The building is in 1.NP reinforced concrete combined with brick infills. 2.NP - 5.NP is brick. The roof is designed flat.

The topic of this dissertation is a new building of Multifunctional building in Třebíč on parcelas number 1237, 1238, 1239. The Multifunctional building is situated on nursery sloping terrain. It´s designed as a four-floor house without a cellar. Ground plan size of the object are 15,35 m x 44,3 m. Parapet is situated 12,95 m high over the first floor. The building is build on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the building is combination of a concrete breeze-block which are in ground floor and ceramic breeze-block which are in another floor of the building. Ceiling is designed from prefabricated filigran floor slab produced out of special liapor concrete. Staircase is iron-concrete with ceramic pavement. The object is roofed with flat roof which is drain of water using roofdrain.

The building offers three squash courts, a fitness center, snack bar, sauna with massage. The entire building is expected movement of persons with reduced mobility. The roof is flat and angled wooden beam. Entrance doors and window are Aluminium
