Sports and wellness center

The final thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of the project documentation of the sports and relaxation center. The proposed building is located in the south-eastern part of the town of Hradec Králové, in a location supposed for buildings and areas of sports and relaxation use. It is a three-storey building with a flat roof and partial basement. The construction system is wall-mounted with a combination of skeleton. The building is based on plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The peripheral, supporting and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The inner load-bearing elements consist mainly of reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structure is designed from reinforced concrete slabs supported locally. The perimeter walls of the first overground floor and part of the perimeter walls of the basement are insulated by an external contact thermal insulation system. The thermal insulation of the perimeter walls of the second floor is designed by means of a ventilated facade with facade tiles except the squash courts and the relaxation area. The building is functionally divided into three main parts, where the central part forms an entrance hall with comunication spaces of all floors. In this part a basement with technical facilities is designed. The right part of the ground floor consists of a restaurant with a bowling alley and a kitchen with storage and hygienic facilities. As part of this section, a gym and exercise rooms for fitness exercises, spinning and TRX are designed on the second floor. The left part consists of two squash courts with the appropriate facilities and massage areas. There is also a relaxing facilities with a north-facing terrace on the second floor. There are also dressing rooms and hygienic facilities. The designed object is accessible for disabled people. There is a parking lot for 40 cars, 3 motorcycles, one bus and three barracks for cars.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of documentation of a family house. This Project as well as the addenda are elaborated according to the contemporary legislature and standards. The house is located on the plot number 201/52 in České Vrbné area. This is a family house with a garage. This object is two-floored basement house whit an attic. On the first floor there is a living room, an office, a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest room and a garage. In the second floor there is a bedroom, two kid's bedrooms, a terace and bathroom. In the basement there is a fitness room, a technical base, a storage room and a playroom. The floor plan of the house is broken with a pitched roof. The bearing walls are constructed of the Porotherm system.
Rehabilitation of house and studio design

This bachelor's thesis deals with reconstruction of the one-generation family house. The family house is a separately standing building with one above ground floor and an unutilized attic. The aim of this thesis is to propose reconstruction so that it can be used as a family house with an office in the future. It is also suggested to extend usage of the unused attic. For that reason present wooden roof trussing will be replaced by new wooden collar beam roof trussing. At the same time the upper edge of the roof construction will elevate. This proposal in the maximum possible range keeps existing masonry constructions. Newly proposed supporting structures are bricked and interior dividing walls are made from gypsum board.

The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a detached house with a business activity in the town Boskovice. The house with two floors is partly basement. The building with flat and functionally separate hairdressing salon. The garage for two cars is a component of the object. The house is designed of the construction system Porotherm. The roof is oblique and double layer with a wooden load-bearing construction.
Primary School

Thesis Theme is a primary school, namely the outbuilding primary school Havlíčkův Brod, Konečná 1884. I suggest first grade pavilion and pavilion with school canteen with kitchens. Pavilions are based on the footings. Pavilions are designed as a two-way system from the wall HELUZ. Construction of ceiling are from ferroconcrete slabs are cross reinforced, single-layer roof is flat with a classic sequence of layers. In addition to construction and process layout I solved also the statics of building in specialize of concrete structures. The following are also evaluated heat and acoustic requirements and requirements for fire safety of buildings. New pavilions are solved as wheelchair accessible. Pavilion of the first grade has two floors with 5 classes of stem, 1 vocational and 2 classes are earmarked for after-school clubs. This pavilion is connected to the connecting neck between the former pavilon A and pavilion B. Dining pavilion has one floor, which is divided in the school canteen and kitchen is connected to the connecting neck leading to the gym. The land is mildly sloping to the south side. All consstructions comply with the applicable standards and recommendations ČSN.

The topic of my bachleor thesis is a Family house. In my thesis I am mostly dealing with the project documentation for construction of the new building. House is suitable for family with four members. It is located in urban area where construction of other family houses in Staré Hradiště takes place. The terrain is slightly inclined towards the north. The house is a two storey-building of a rectangular floor plan and has partial basement. Beside the house is a garage of rectangular floor plan, that has one shared wall with the house. The building is constructed out of ceramic blocks Porotherm, ceilings are also constructed in the Porotherm system. Between floors is designed monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The building has a gable roof with inclination of 25 ° and its loadbearing structure is purlin wooden roof.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a family house with one story above ground and residential basement under the part of building. Shed roof has a slope of 7%. As the load-bearing construction were used bidirectional structure walls made of Porotherm bricks. The building is situated on slightly sloping plot towards the west. All the used constructions are according valid ČSN regulations.
Multifunctional building

The Master’s thesis deals a project documentation of a new multifunctional building. The building is a detached. It is the three-storeyed build with attic and cellared. There are 12 flats, 2 surgeries and 6 garages. The surgeries are in the ground floor. The building is built from a Heluz system and walls are isolated by a contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Roof is a cross roof.
Nursery School

The topic of my diploma thesis is „A Nursery School with a Special Classroom“. It is two-storey building, partly cellared with a single-covering roof with parapets. As for supporting system there were used HELUZ two-way walls.The ceiling structure is made of Filigrán, a prefa-monolithic plates. The building is situated southward on slightly-sloping building plot. The whole construction and materials are in accordance with applicable standards of ČSN.
Wheelchair-family house

The Thesis solves the design and implementation of project documentation of a family house that is free of barriers for individuals with limited mobility. The building is situated in the suburbs of the city Trebic - Podklasteri. The surrounding area is composed of family houses that are accessible from the street. Street is connected to a 3rd class road leading from Trebic to the village Nova Ves. The house has two floors and a partial basement. The first floor complies all the requirements for a disabled person. Transport between floors is for a disabled person provided by a personal elevator. The building is dissected by a spacious garage. A terrace with garden serves as a relaxation zone. Roofing is projected from roof racks at different high levels. The vertical structure is built from ceramic blocks. The house is designed for a 4-member family including one member with limited mobility. The garage is for one vehicle, and space in front of the garage allows one to park another vehicle. The building entrance is through a paved ramp to the roofed shelter.
