The art as a marketing tool

The goal of this thesis is to present the reader with a more comprehensive picture of using the art as a marketing method. The fundamental focus is dedicated to poster art, from its origins (as a tool for bringing the goods and services closer to the public), up to its contemporary role and many possibilities of this advertising tool. The thesis further covers more forms and combinations of art and marketing, like interconnection of graphic design with corporate identity. As the standards of the graphic design in the Czech Republic are very high, the author concentrates mainly on domestic creative activities and presents concrete examples of corporate identities. The analytic chapter of the thesis is presented by a questionnaire research of public orientation in the matter. The target of the analysis was to discover, whether an how the art and marketing interconnection affects people, what they think about it and what particular (hence most successful) projects are taken in public awareness.
The positoning of the brand Champagne Taittinger on the Czech market and its evolution

The essay is focused on the analysis of the position of the brand Champagne Taittinger on the Czech market. In theoretic part are explained basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix, the concept of brand positioning, targeting and segmentation. In the practical part is at first described the market of sparkling wines in the Czech Republic. In addition, there are introduced companies Champagne Taittinger and Bacchus Vins & Champagnes which is the exclusive importer of the brand Champagne Taittinger on the Czech market. After the presentation of the portfolio of the brand are analyzed distribution channels of its products. After that there is analysis of the brand positioning of Champagne Taittinger and its largest competitors. In the last section are described the marketing activities of the brand on our market.

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou regulace reklamy ve farmacii. Farmaceutické společnosti často útočí na nás jako spotřebitele nekalou formou reklamy. Společně se zakazánými formami reklamy jsem podrobněji rozebral zákon o regulaci reklamy a zákon o ochraně spotřebitele. Zaměřil jsem se také na nové evropské trendy v oblasti spotřebitele a jeho ochrany. Ve své praktické části jsem provedl analýzu kvality reklamních materiálů na farmaceutické výrobky v ČR.
