Pfeiferová, Zuzana ; Kubová, Simona (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after reverse total shoulder arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to summarized knowledges about reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and to framed case study of Physiotherapy care after this operation. Methods: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, general part and special part. General part is research elaboration of literature about reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Special part contains case study of Physiotherapy care with this diagnosis. It consists of input kinesiological examination, performed therapies, output kinesiological examination and valorization of efect of the therapy. Results: Output examination demonstrated improvement of patient's health condition, especially enlargement of ROM in operated shoulder and enlargement of muscle strenght. Efficiency of selected procedures in this diagnosis were demonstrated. Keywords: reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder, physiotherapy, case study

Title of the thesis Comparison of muscle activity of selected muscles of shoulder girdle by PEMG examination among elite swimmers and influence of strength training Thesis aim Analyze and evaluate the influence of strength intervention on muscle activity of selected muscle groups by PEMG during swimming locomotion by crawl method in top swimmers. Methods Fifteen top swimmers specializing in the crawl style at the age of 18-28 years participated in this experiment. After determining pain in the area of the shoulder joint using VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) and the SFPS questionnaire (Swimmer's Functional Pain Scale), which reports about the swimming training, health and analgesic use, probands underwent a PEMG examination of 8 evaluated muscles. Subsequently, they simulated a 100m crawl race on VASA, where PEMG data was again captured. Subsequently, everyone carried out a force intervention program and then again underwent a simulation of the 100m crawl on VASA. The evaluation and processing of the obtained data was performed with the program MyoResearch XP Master Edition from Noraxon company with simultaneous video recording. Basic descriptive statistics, Magnitude Based Difference, ANOVA and Cohen D were used for statistical data processing. Results Muscle activity of the examined muscles increased...

Case study of physiotherapy care of a patient after liver transplantation
Mašková, Kateřina ; Kubová, Simona (advisor) ; Charvát, Robert (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of a patient after liver transplantation. Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about the issue of liver transplantation and to present an example of physiotherapeutic care on specific case of a patient after liver transplantation. Methodology: This thesis is divided into theoretical and professional part. The theoretical part contains information about the anatomy, physiology and pathologic physiology of the liver, liver transplantation and physiotherapy treatment after liver transplantation. These information were obtained from the scientific sources. Professional part was created as a research with case study during my professional experience in the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague between 8 January 2018 and 2 February 2018, where I worked with a patient hospitalized after liver transplantation. It is processed as a case study of physiotherapeutic care, including physical examination, recording of therapies and evaluation of the effect of therapies. Results: The patient mainly improved muscle strength, respiratory stereotype and overall physical condition, increased range of motion and improved joint play of some small joints. During the last therapeutic units, the patient was able to do a...
