The topic of this master’s thesis is design of human leg prosthesis for children. The thesis concerns own design of transbinal prosthesis for children that meet the basic technical, ergonomical and social requi¬rements and also brings a new look and shape as solution to the main topic. The infant incubator is designed in regard to modern materials and technologies.

Design of information/retail kiosk

The theme of the thesis is the design of an information/retail kiosk for cultural and sports events taking place in a city environment. The work also includes the analysis of current products focusing both on their benefits and shortcomings. The final concept focuses mostly on easy transport of the kiosk, providing of all necessary services for visitors, and the use of audiovisual technologies for providing the required information.

The topic of this master thesis is the design of manual wheelchair designed for physically handicapped users with paralysis of the upper part of the body, paraplegia. The user is the central object of the design, significant emphasis is given on the needs of physically handicapped users as well as on the common perception of those people by society. The designed concept is taking into account usage of new materials such as plastics and composites which are allowing progressive shape.
