Name: A governing body acting beyond its powers Recodification of civil law has changed the way in which business corporations have been acting. Governing body members are currently representing trade corporations as its representatives. This shift, which is that governing body members became the representatives of business corporations opened the possibility of discussion about the nature of authorization of governing body to act on behalf of the trade corporation and about the possibility of acting beyond its powers. My thesis was called "A governing body acting beyond its powers". I used as a base for this work the wide authorization that governing body possesses in acting on behalf of the trade corporation and its possible limitations by law. Work has been divided into following main chapters. In the chapter dedicated to the basic terms I wrote about the definiton of governing body, the legal capacity of a legal person and character of governing body acting on behalf of the trade corporation, which is according to me sui generis. Another chapter was devoted to the possibility of acting beyond its powers. The role of Chamber of Commerce in Austrian Exports

Austria, a small Central European economy belongs to the winners of globalization. Its involvement in world's international trade has been remarkable and is generally seen as one of the crucial factors of its GDP growth. Austrian exporters have become an example of efficiency for all the other in-county industries, as well as a proud of leading politicians. The Austrian Chamber of Commerce is self-managed and led by its members, not only big, but in over 90 %, small and medium size enterprises. Internationalization and the support of barrier free international trade belong among its most important goals. Therefore the Chamber of Commerce founded its International Trade Branch, which has a network of 108 offices worldwide and aims to be the world's biggest organization of a kind. This network supports Austrian entrepreneurs in developing their international business activities.

Předkládaná práce poskytuje charakteristiku současného Turecka v kontextu jeho hospodářského rozvoje od založení Turecké republiky. V první kapitole jsou popsány významné etapy ekonomicko ? politického vývoje Turecka ve 20. století. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na popis současné turecké politické scény, podmínek pro podnikání a hospodářské situace. Kapitola třetí pak nastiňuje současné postavení Turecka na mezinárodní politické scéně. V souvislosti se zahájením vstupních rozhovorů Turecka s Evropskou unií slouží práce jako podklad k analýze nejdiskutovanějších pro a proti.
