Design and Implementation of Information System for SnugDesign s.r.o.
Šmigura, Jiří ; Kopecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this Master’s thesis is focused on an analysis of promotional agency’s requirements concerned with producing a bespoke Information System. The subsequent evaluation of the current situation becomes together with a result of the analysis of requirements a relevant foundation in formulating a scheme for the solution and for the realization of the Information System.
The facilities
Kopecký, Tomáš ; Pilný, Ondřej (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
This diploma thesis presents processing of the design documentation for public service building. The scope of this work is in accordance with ordinance 499/2006 and latter amended 62/2013. There is a small brewery in the building, as well as a pub, tourist apartments and the owner's flat. Building is situated in Vranová, Blansko district. It is a three-story building without basement, roofed with flat and mono-pitched roofs. The ground floor consists of a pub, a brewery and a communication wing dividing the building in the middle. The second floor consists of hostel type tourist apartments with shared facilities. The third floor belongs exclusively to the owner of the building who has an apartment there. The building is bricked, complemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Floor structure consists of SPIROLL panels. Design documentation was developed in AutoCAD software.
Online E-mail Marketing System
Šmigura, Jiří ; Kopecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Luhan, Jan (advisor)
The subject of this Bachelor’s thesis is focused on an analysis of promotional agency’s requirements concerned with producing a system for online sending of e-mail campaigns. The subsequent evaluation of the current situation becomes together with a result of the analysis of requirements a relevant foundation in formulating a scheme for the solution and for the realization of the fully functional system.
Family house with an establishment
Kopecký, Tomáš ; Hofman, Petr (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the creation of documentation for construction of family house with business section. The business section is designed for funeral service. This thesis is divided for the text part and drawings part. In the text part are the accompanying technical report, report building physics, fire protection report and essay about winter gardens. In the drawings part are drawings needed for building construction.
Consumer creditworthiness assessment
Kopecký, Tomáš ; Flídr, Jan (advisor) ; Liška, Petr (referee)
85 Consumer creditworthiness assessment Abstract This thesis deals with the pre-contractual obligation of consumer credit providers to assess the consumer's creditworthiness. The concept of creditworthiness is thoroughly and critically analyzed in four chapters focusing on assessing creditworthiness for consumer credit other than for housing purposes. The main objective of the thesis is supplemented by sub- questions set out in the introduction. These sub-questions reflect contentious issues arising from the case law of the ordinary courts, the European Court of Justice, and the Financial Arbitrator. An essential part of the thesis is therefore an extensive case law analysis, which helps to interpret many vague legal terms in national and European legislation. The thesis seeks to find solutions to interpretative ambiguities related to the topic. The opening chapter defines the concept and main purpose of implementing a creditworthiness institution. It also outlines the limits of the temporary restriction on the consumer's life (social conditions) when concluding a credit agreement. The end of the chapter concerns the requirement of due professional care and how to ensure its compliance by providers. The second chapter focuses on income, expenditure and means of meeting any existing debts - the criteria for...
Analysis of the influence of the fixation setting of the fusion of the spinal vertebrae on the resulting correction of scoliosis
Kopecký, Tomáš ; Ščerba, Bořek (referee) ; Vosynek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the numerical modeling of the spine with an established fixation device under three types of loading, with three types of connection between the last element of the fixator and its guiding rod. The thesis describes the creation of the spine and fixator models, as well as the setting of loading conditions. Three loading states are monitored, in both directions: flexion/extension, lateral bending in both directions, and axial rotation in both directions. Furthermore, the implementation of three types of connections for all these loadings is described. In the first case, the entire fixator is immovable, in the second case, the last element of the fixator can move along the axis of the spine, and in the last case, it can also rotate in all three directions. The evaluation and subsequent comparison of deformation in the direction of the spine axis are the outputs of this thesis. The final evaluation is that the displacement occurring is on the order of tenths of millimeters.
Factors affecting soil respiration in post mining heaps
Kopecký, Tomáš ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Kukla, Jaroslav (referee)
The goal of this study is to clarify main sources of CO2 flux from soils of lignite mine heaps near Sokolov (Czech republic) and to quantify the influence of the ecosystem management and spatio-temporal dynamics through the year. In situ experiment took place throughout three years (2018-2021) was used to measure soil respiration. In recultivated areas, respiration was related to temperature, presence of roots and the growing season. In succesion areas, the temperature was found to have main influence on the succesion, whereas the presence of roots and the growing season had none. Sudden isolated occurrences of high values of CO2 flow from the soil were observed in the succession areas, frequent especially outside of the growing season in the colder parts of the year. This led to the assumption that the flow has an abiotic origin. To obtain data on the origin of the soil CO2 flow in the winter, a laboratory experiment was introduced to examine the effect of soil freezing on respiration. It has been shown that even sterile tailings release CO2 and this release is enhanced by freezing, which supports the theory of the abiotic origin of winter episodes with high CO2 production. Finally literary research was written in hope of describing effects influencing soil respiration and respiration involvement in the...
Autotrophic and heterotrophic soil respiration
Kopecký, Tomáš ; Frouz, Jan (advisor) ; Kukla, Jaroslav (referee)
The goal o f this study is to describe autotrophic and heterothrophic respirat io n on mine heaps near Soko lov (Czech Republic) through literar y research and a o ne year lo ng research on mine heaps. Resu lts show that the temperature and sit e difference have stat ist ica lly significant impact on respirat io n, however, at temperatures around 0 degrees celsius, there were significant increases in respiratio n on unrec laimed sit es. This pheno meno n needs to be explored by furt her research for our understanding o f natural succession dyna mics on mine heaps. Temperature was not statist ically significant for respirat ion o n unrecla imed sit es. That po ints to limit at ion o f respirat ion by another factor.
