Business Plan for Development of a Small Company
Košut, Martin ; Pavláková Dočekalová, Marie (referee) ; Luňáček, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes the creation of a business plan for a small company which deals mainly with the production of carbon-composite cylinders and shafts. The aim of the thesis is to find a conceptual solution how to ensure profitability of the company. The thesis describes methods of internal and strategic analysis and together with interviews with potential clients builds a probable financial plan and based on it offers conclusions.
Design and implementation of educational CubeSat
Košút, Martin ; Zamazal, Michal (referee) ; Povalač, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of a CubeSat with a 1U (10x10x10 cm) size, which will be used in laboratory tasks. It includes mechanical construction printed on a 3D printer with six photovoltaic cells, mounted on the top. Cells will produce electricity to power all systems and to charge the onboard NiMH batteries to make the CubeSat independent of other sources of energy. The proposed design of an electrical power supply system and an onboard computer combined with a communication system is based on off the shelf components. The two-way wireless communication link between computer and a CubeSat is realized thanks to the ground station, which is also part of a design. Students will make other systems, which will communicate with the built in onboard computer via internal RS 485 communication bus. Internal EEPROM memory is used to save measured values. Modularity, possible future expandability, and easy repair in case of any failure were the key optimization parameters of the design.
Remedial and Supervisory Measures in Tax Proceeding
Košut, Martin ; Houdek, Martin (referee) ; Kopřiva, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with remedies (ordinary, extraordinary and supervisory), especially in terms of Act no. 280/2009 Coll., The Tax Code, as amended. The aim of this thesis is to find, characterize, systematically describe and explain the remedies that are available to all persons involved in tax proceedings, including proceedings in administrative justice. Furthermore, relevant jurisprudence of the Supreme Administrative Court is described, which deals with appeals.
MPPT driver for small UAV
Košút, Martin ; Záplata, Filip (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This thesis describes a design of a maximum power peak tracking controller for a solar cell array embedded on a wing of a UAV. Solar cells are used to both cover part of the UAV power consumption and (at suitable conditions) to charge onboard battery. As the UAV changes its position and attitude to the sun relatively fast, the lighting conditions on the solar cells change rapidly. Thus, it is necessary to implement a fast maximum power peak tracking regulator to ensure maximum efficiency of the system. The proposed design is based on commercial offtheshelf components. The implemented DC/DC converter, which represents the core of the regulator, is a combination of a stepup and a stepdown converter. Weight, dimensions end overall efficiency were the key optimization parameters of the design.

St. John Paul II's theology of labor
Košut, Martin ; Novotný, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Mohelník, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of this thesis "Theology of Labour of St. John Paul II." is to summarize John Paul II.'s theological view of human labour, its impact on Christian spirituality and evangelization and pastoral efforts of the church. There is also attention paid to influence of his theology on further social magisterial texts. At the end, there is a reflection of impacts of this teaching to everyday economic and political life. The thesis is based on magisterial documents of John Paul II., especially on the encyclical Laborem exercens and his two further social encyclicals, Sollicitudo rei socialis and Centisimus annus. Other inspiring ideas come especially from reflections on St. Joseph and from the theology of body. There is a discussion on relation of human labour to the Mystery of The Holy Trinity, on perichoretical and sharing character of human labour. As a part of discussion on spirituality, there is the work state of life defined as analogy to Christian state of life. Human labour is a key to the social question, it is a tool for our salvation and therefore the mission of the church. Keywords St. John Paul II., Theology of Labour, Human Labour, Spirituality of Labour, Ethics of Labour, Wage Labour, Labour Capitalization, Labour Rights, Dignity of Human Labour, Sharing Economy
