Batch control for model of distillation column
Vobejda, Lukáš ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with the batch controlling of a distillation column model. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part, which is more theoretical, summarizes the description of the batch controlling, the distillation process and the equipment used, including the model of the distillation column itself. The second part is focused on the practical implementation. The beginning of this part displays different types of the models produced by the Standard 88. This section is followed by a description of a device database in the environment of FactoryTalk Batch Equipment Editor, creation of a logical phase codes using functions of the PhaseManager in the environment of RSLogix5000 and a creation of a recipe in the environment of FactoryTalk Batch Recipe Editor. The last part of this thesis deals with the visualization created in the FactoryTalk View Studio SE and final testing of the entire process.
Control of a virtual production line
Barčák, Martin ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this work is to get acquainted with the Factory I / O development systems and then describe it. Furthermore, to design a laboratory task whose task is to move and load pallets with material into a vertical warehouse using Factory I / O controlled by a PLC and to carry out a laboratory task. Finally, there is a need to create a sample laboratory task.
Blackbox with PLC and demonstration task
Frýdl, Lukáš ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis was to create a simulation including visualization of a distillation column, with the primary aim to the thermal processes of simple distillation and of distillation with a water stream. Visualization is displayed on the HMI panel, which is placed on the front doors of the switchboard. The switchboard is designed as a blackbox, which means that the knowledge of the inside functionality is unnecessary for the user to work with the device. Both software and hardware test were performed. The functionality of the software was tested using a mixture of water and acetone. On the hardware side tests of inputs and outputs were done.
Automated multi-storey Car Park Simulator
Zlámalík, Jan ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design a simulator of an automatic parking house, its control and visualization. First, I did a research of automated parking systems. In conformity with this research, I chose a tower type of automated parking system and built its simulator in the Connected Component Workbench software. Control for this simulator was designed with PLC ControlLogix which is programmed in RSLogix 5000 software. Next, I created the visualization from which the simulator is controlled. Simulations of the parking system are also signalized in this visualization. I tried the functionality of my software solution at the available hardware blackbox.
Simulator of Trash Rack Cleaning Machine
Boďa, Michal ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the realization of a simulator for a trash-rack cleaning machines in small hydroelectric power stations. This thesis contains adequate research about a trash-rack cleaning mashines. This diploma thesis is focused on detailed description of the hardware and software part of the created simulator and describes the realization of a control system, which verified the functionality of the simulator.
Bridge Crane Model
Steklý, Jakub ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of bridge crane model with electrical equipment. Firstly there is description of real gantry crane and his parts. Then contains description of custom design of crane model. In the end is description of practical realization of crane model with all parts. Result of this thesis is complete working bridge crane model with electrical equipment.
Design of ZigBee device - Analog inputs in range 0 - 10 V
Vepřek, Jan ; Kacz, Peter (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design and realization device with analog inputs for ZigBee module. The first part of thesis contains analyse of possible solutions design of device and selecting the best choice. In the second part is function and connection of real circuits which I have used in device. In the third part is introduced function of software and description of functions. The communication between microcontroller and circuits through the use of programmed function is described. The last part is attended to user manual. There are descriptions controls of device and radio communication between two devices.
