Design and functional morphology of insect wings

Animal fly ability is undoubtedly one of the biggest innovation in evolution that allow animals to settle down another space on the Earth - the air. However, there are significant impacts on the other organisms during the evolution, too. The insect is single group of invertebrates with abilities to fly and because of that it became the most diversified group of organisms. There are a couple of theories about origin of the insect wings. Two major hypotheses considering the recent insects with their fossil record are widely known. Nevertheless, there is no direct clue to the first Pterygota due to the discontinuity of fossil record in the initial phase of their evolution The wing is very complex and unique structure throughout organisms. Insects became very good fliers during the evolution and wings are also used to protect of the body, carrying sensory organs, etc. Nevertheless, only very few insect species are well explored in term of flight and, an open theme for future studies. Aim of the present work is to describe the significance of the wing and to briefly review its morphological and design properties. Imperfections of the skiagraphs.

The purpose of my Thesis was to find and document occurrence of imperfect skiagrams in all types of radiographic views, this means classic films, computed radiography (CR) and direct radiography (DR). The research question is "Is there any correlation between number of imperfect skiagrams and number of total skiagrams taken?" I documented rate of imperfect skiagrams in hospital České Budějovice in the time between the years 2013 2015. The Thesis is divided to two main sections: History of Display media and the principle of displaying with all types of displays. Imperfect skiagrams were sorted by origin to: Imperfections caused by operations, imperfections caused by patient and imperfections caused during processing. In my thesis I found out that there is not direct correlation between icreasing number of examinations and number of processed skiagrams. In the reporting period between 2013 2015 there is dependency only in year 2013. In the next two years there is discrepancy in the tracked parameter. The increasing number of examinations and the introduction of new investigative techniques and the rotation of employees (the onset of graduates, as well as radiologists and doctors, their incorporation) are the occurrence of erroneous skiagrams inconsistent with the increasing number of examinations. The monitoring of imperfect skiagrams at the Hospital of České Budějovice is an indicator of the quality of displaying where the upper limit is set at 2.5%. In the reference period, it ranges from 0.2% to 1.76%. Employees are introduced every month and cumulatively once a year to the numbers and types of bad skiagrams to eliminate these errors as much as possible.

Financial Analysis of Cooperative

The implementation of financial analysis in Západočeské konzumní družstvo Sušice by using financial analysis methods and the implementation of intercompany comparison in the chosen cooperatives. The summary of theoretical knowledge from the area of financial analysis, which are primary focused on the cooperative's needs and on the intercompany comparison. The theoretical knowledge are after that applied on Západočeské konzumní družstvo Sušice. Based on the final values of chosen financial analysis indexes is made the appreciation of cooperative's financial situation. The last part of work is the intercompany comparison in the chosen cooperatives by using the given indexes.
Behaviour in an Organization

The aim is to determine how people act in the organization and how their behaviour influence the organization to achieve its goals. Work is focused on the behaviour of individuals in the organization, the behaviour of groups and in group, organizational and managerial behaviour. Knowledge of the theoretical section are then applied to the behaviour of a particular organization.
