The development of agricultural land in the cadastral municipality Chodouň

The thesis is focused on the historical development of the agricultural landscape in the cadastral municipality Chodouň that is related to the analysis of macrostructure and microstructure of the landscape. An important output of the script and further development of the area in the future. This work compares and analyzes the changes of agricultural land for a period of about 200 years. A targeted analysis of landscape changes were used cadastral maps, orthophoto maps from the 50s of the 20th century, contemporary orthophoto maps indigenous ownership and maps made landscaping. Map data were processed and assembled in the program ArcGIS ArcMap-10.03 The results show major structural changes in the agricultural landscape. The work points to a significant increase in soil units, canceling field trips and yield a significant increase in development. The results can be used in the future to the proper management of the landscape.
Owneship Development based on Land Book in Cadastral Unit Solopysky u Třebnic

In the first part of my thesis I focus on the historical development of real estate records from the Middle Ages to the present land register of Czech Republic. I focus mainly on description of the land terriers, recording system and individual registers. The second part documents and clearly defines the ownership structure and other in rem laws to the land since the second half of 19th century until 1950, according to the individual library insertions of land terriers kept in the cadastral Solopysky at Třebnice. Moreover, it also allows comparison of data collected from the land terriers and the current state of ownership and land fragmentation.
The causes and consequences of the farmland fragmentation

Fragmented ownership of agricultural land is currently a very actual topic in the Czech Republic but also abroad. The research studies were developed in collaboration with the research team at the Faculty of Environment Sciences, Department of Land Use and Improvement, led by Professor Petr Sklenička. This research is solving problems related to the impact of agricultural land use on the spatial structure of agricultural land, fragmentation, and homogenization. Scientific studies that are part of this doctoral thesis emerged progressively and are logically linked.
The Analysis of the implementation of the second pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy in the Czech Republic with the focus on protection of environmental, nature and landscape

The aim of this thesis was to conduct a thorough analysis of the second pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy in the European Union and the subsequent evaluation of its implementation in the Czech Republic. The analysis was conducted primarily using applicable laws, regulations and other official materials of both the European Union and the Czech Republic. Comparison of implementation at EU level was through comparison of the approved investment funds to individual submeasures of the Rural Development Programme between Member States and the European Union. The integration of rules at national level and their reflection in practice were explored by questionnaire survey among farmers themselves. The result of this investigation and examination of the legislative settings in the Czech Republic was the subsequent evaluation of the actual impact of the second pillar on the protection of environment, nature and landscape.
The analyse of implementation of Pillar 1 within the CAP in the Czech Republic with the focus on direct payment

The main focus of the thesis is description and analysis first pillar of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). This thesis deals with the workings CAP in Czech Republic and also in other EU states in terms of theoretical and practical. We collection data about CAP from real agricultural subjects. We became 91 responses from 778 respondents. One of the important results of this research is the great importance of subsidies for farmers. It is very hard make some agricultural development without this support. Farmers must give preference to legislation, than the current weather. Benefit of first part of this thesis is a summary available information about Common Agricultural Policy. Next important part is comparison this theoretical information with practical experience real farmers.
