Porovnání systémů ekologické ochrany u nových PIWI odrůd
Janků, Aneta
This thesis focuses on the possibility of environmental protection of PIWI vine varieties against fungal diseases. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes information about organic viticulture, vine resistance against fungal diseases, explains the importance of PIWI varieties and describes the most important fungal diseases of vine. In the experimental part, an experiment using ecological preparations against fungal diseases is described. The effectiveness of these formulations and the content of grapevine elements is evaluated here. Furthermore, qualitative parameters of grapes and aromatic substances in wine are analyzed and statistically processed.
Fyziologické poruchy u révy vinné
Janků, Aneta
This bachelor thesis deals with physiological disorders of grapevine. Its aim is to describe individual physiological disorders and suggested options of protection or correction of the resulting damages. In the introductory chapter, there is an explanation of the reasons why the protection of grapevine is so important. Next chapter is divided into two big parts. There are described symptoms of disorders and the possibilities of prevention or correction in both. The first one describes physiological disorders caused by deficiency or excess of nutrients. The nutrients listed here belongs to macroelements, microelements and useful elements. The second part describes disorders caused by adverse natural influences. Except weather influences such as frost, hail or sunlight, there are described damaging effect of herbicides or polluted environment. This thesis also contains the author's own commentary and a summary of findings in the conclusion.
In vitro screening of novel potentially active antimycotic compounds III
Janků, Aneta ; Janďourek, Ondřej (advisor) ; Konečná, Klára (referee)
Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biological and Medical Sciences Study program: Specialist in Laboratory Methods Candidate: Bc. Aneta Janků Supervisor: PharmDr. Ondřej Janďourek, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: In vitro screening of novel potentially active antimycotic compounds III Key words: yeasts, moulds, antimycotics, mechanism of action of polyenes, microdilution broth method, MIC - minimal inhibition concentration. The main topic of this diploma thesis is in vitro screening of new, potentially active antifungal compounds. The introductory chapter in the theoretical part of the work is devoted to the epidemiology of fungal infections. The classification of micromycetes and the characteristics of the fungal eukaryotic cell are given below, focusing on composition of the plasma membrane and the cell wall. A separate chapter also deals with specific species of fungi and the diseases they cause. The main topic is drugs from the group of antifungals, where more attention is focused on polyene antifungals, their mechanism of action in detail and the emergence of resistance. An integral part are also the stages of development of new drugs and a list of novels developing antifungals. The final chapter describes the types of methods designed for in vitro evaluation...
Celiac disease - what young people know about it
Janků, Aneta ; Jílek, Petr (advisor) ; Kudláčková, Zděnka (referee)
This thesis deals with autoimmune diseases called celiac disease. It includes a questionnaire designed to match young people aged 15-26 years using social networks. The study placed several goals. The main goal was to determine to what extent celiac disease is known. Next, how many people adhere to BZLD (gluten free diet) and for what purpose, raise awareness of celiac disease and gluten free diet and refute some of the myths about celiac and gluten. The results show that young people's awareness of the disease is above average, even though they were mostly healthy individuals. The cause of adherence to gluten free diets are mostly health problems. Only a small percentage of the interviewees hold it in order to reduce the weight. Most have no reason to hold it at all. The extension of information on this disease was ensured by sharing the information leaflet on social networks or the possibility to look at the correct answers in the test. Concurrent myths were explained under questions in the questionnaire. Celiac disease is an illness that is very poorly diagnosed. Symptoms often vary, sometimes they may not show up at all. Therefore, there is a risk that this disease will not be recognized in a timely manner. By widening the basic information among as many people as possible, it should help...
