The thesis presents a financial analysis of VKS Pohledsti Dvoraci company and utilizes both external financial statements and internal company data. The purpose of the thesis is firstly to assess a company's financial position, secondly to prepare a cash flow statement and thirdly to make a financial plan for 2016, which is based on a strategic analysis. The results of the analysis are compared to the company's main competitors and to the industrial average. The thesis is divided into two parts, the first of which includes explanation of methods and the second part applies them to analyse the company and to determine a company's health.

This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of the company "Pivovar Cerna Hora, a. s." for the period 2011 - 2014. Its goal is to use the appropriate tools to evaluate the overall financial situation of the company. The work is divided into two parts. The methodological part describes the structure and relevance of selected financial indicators and methods. These are applied in practical part which contains the calculated values alongside their interpretations. It includes horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, ratio analysis and selected bankruptcy and credibility models. Finally, SWOT analysis focuses on non-financial indicators.

Financial analysis and financial plan of Snaha, a.s.

This bachaleor thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company Snaha, a.s., which is made between 2010 to 2014. Another step is to outline its long-term financial plan for the year 2016 to 2018. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is aimed on methodology, which shows the procedures that are used for evaluating the financial situation of the company. The second part focuses on the company itself and its history. Moreover, it consists from the financial analyzis and conclusions made from those results and the comparison with relevant czech competitors. Afterwards the information from the financial analysis is applied on the bankruptcy model IN05. In the the end of the second part, there is the long-term financial plan that includes a planned profit and loss statement and a planned balance sheet. The long-term financial plan is divided into two parts. In the first part, there is calculated a 3 year financial plan assuming that the company will not sell the old hall and continue with the normal production. In the second part, there is calculated the impact that the realization of buying a new hall would have on the financial statements over the course of three years.

Leasing

Bachelor thesis shows the development of the leasing market as a whole and the services of leasing company Volkswagen Financial Services. Correlation analysis was carried for the purpose of determining how the economic situation affects the volume of leases. This analysis showed continual improvement of market indicators after the financial crisis in 2008, but number of leases grew just slightly. The merits of operational leasing, financial leasing and loans from the above mentioned company were analyzed using calculation of lease payments. Financial leasing is a little more expensive than loan. Work confirmed that interest rates and risk premiums of banks are affected by the market situation and the monetary policy of the Czech National Bank.

The diploma thesis is focused on the valuation of the company GSI distribution s. r. o. This company is the only authorized dealer of the personal transporters Segway in Czech Republic and it is the operator of one of the oldest rental agency of this transporters in Prague. The aim of the valuation is to estimate the market value of the company while using the methods of DCF entity. The main parts of the thesis are strategic and financial analysis, the estimated financial plan and at the end of this thesis is an estimated market value of the Company.

Financial analysis of BMW AG

The aim of this work is to carry out a financial analysis of BMW AG from the viewpoint of a German investor in the period of the 2008 - 2012. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first is a methodological part, which describe the individual indicators, that are used in the application part. The second part is devoted to a financial analysis of BMW AG, in which individual values are usually compared with a competitor Daimler AG. SWOT analysis is also included. A small portion of the work also defines the position of BMW AG on the Czech market. In the end, all the previous findings are summarized, and certain recommendations are given.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate development of company U.S.Steel Košice, s.r.o. between 2005 and 2012. Theoretical part of bachelor thesis is dedicated to basic terms, theory of financial health, financial analysis, its process and stance, indicator, modern efficiency methods of the company and strategical anlysis. In the practical part are used datas from financial reports of the company to do economical and financial analysis. Strategical analysis is provided by analysis of enviroment like PEST and SWOP analysis.

Company financing through the capital market -- company KOFOLA S.A.

This bachelor thesis is focused on funding companies through the capital market. Emphasis is put on corporate financing with corporate bonds. The methodological part of the thesis discusses the different forms of internal and external corporate financing and the associated advantages and disadvantages. The thesis also describes the basic indicators of business analysis related to corporate debts. Separate chapters are devoted to bonds and bond issuance and related costs.The practical part is focused on the analysis of the bond issuance of KOFOLA S.A.. The goal of this thesis is to calculate and evaluate the total cost of the bond issuance for the company. The cost of the bond issuance is divided into direct and indirect costs and they are processed separately. The main object of cost analysis is to define coupon payments in individual years of the existence of bonds, which are related to the interbank interest rate. In the next steps of the practical part of the thesis, the cost of liabilities from bonds of KOFOLA S.A. will be calculated in a percentage expression. In conclusion, there will be the summary and the evaluation of all results using the analyses of debts and indicators of financial analysis.

This bachelor's thesis deals with a financial analysis of the AŽD Praha s. r. o. company from the view of an external analyst for the period of business years 2007/08--2011/12. AŽD Praha s. r. o. is compared with class of branch CZ-NACE 42.12 and individually with Subterra, a. s. and ELTODO dopravní systémy, s. r. o. companies. The thesis is split into three main parts. The methodical part defines the terminology and used indicators. The second part describes the area of business of AŽD Praha s. r. o. and identifies analysed competitors. The third most important part contains financial analysis of the company and the comparison with the competitors.

Financial analysis and financial plan of Midnight Roasters s.r.o.

The aim of bachelor thesis called "Financial analysis and financial plan of Midnight Roasters s.r.o." is processing financial data's of above mentioned company within years 2008-2011 and outlines the financial plan for future year 2012. Subsequently the results are interpreted to the users. Most of the necessary data are gathered from company's annual reports. Further, internal information are also used to clarify some phenomena in the company. In the first part there is listed data processing methodology that is used in the second part and picked six competitors. The second part is dedicated to detailed introduction about Midnight Roasters s.r.o. and preparing financial indicators and comparing with results of chosen competitors. The third part is devoted to creating a financial plan for 2012 and the last section summarizes the results of the analysis and completes the work with evaluation.
