The diploma paper deals with the introducing of an e-business module in the MVDr. Ivo Dupal - SANVET company in which I have been currently working. The paper involves the Internet and e-business analyses and an analysis of the MVDr. Ivo Dupal - SANVET company and a proposal for the introduction of e-business in the above mentioned company. The paper also comprises an implementation proposal to solve this problem issue and its economic and managerial evaluation.

Možnosti pěstování rakytníku řešetlákového v podmínkách ČR

This thesis deals with the evaluation of the available books and possibilities of the growing of sea buckthorn (Hippophaë rhamnoides L.) in the Czech Republic. Physical and chemical values which are necessary for planting sea buckthorn in the area of Lednice were measured and specified. The female plants of the species of ´Buchlovsky 1´, ´Hergo´, ´Leikora´, ´Vitamínová´, and the male plant of ´Buchlovsky 2´, ´Pollmix´ and ´Ruský´ were studied and evaluated. As for the products made of sea buckthorn, speads and juices with various amount of sugar, baked tea and sweetened sea buckthorn powder were evaluated from the sensory point of view. The issues of the growing and processing of s ea buckthorn were discussed with the producers of planting stock, commercial croppers and manufacturers within the whole Czech Republic. Sea buckthorn is not widespead and commercial area for growing does not meet the needs of the manufacturers. If all biotic and abiotic factors are taken into account, the growing of sea buckthorn is recommended in the Czech Republic.

Explicit dynamic finite element analysis of a firing pin assembly

In this paper, explicit dynamic finite element analysis of a firing pin assembly was performed. Two different geometries of the firing pin were considered using the finite element software PMD and Abaqus. For both variants there was evaluated a stress distribution at the critical point of a tested component, that is going to be later used for a fatigue analysis of the firing pin.

Research and optimization of liquid metals with emphasis on application in sphere of renovation

The aim of the master thesis is to research liquid metals, or research on the influence of the selected particulate filler to selected mechanical properties that characterize the use of liquid metals for renovation of machine parts or assembly parts, two-component reactive adhesives based on epoxy resin, with a partial aim to assess and select the optimal amount added . In this master thesis are interpreted measured values for each of the fillers that are in discussion compares the results of other research papers. In the last part of master thesis is done techno-economic evaluation.

Využití molekulárních markerů při šlechtění kanadských borůvek

This thesis deals with the latest findings in breeding highbush blueberries. There is prepared an overview of currently used PCR techniques, examples of their use in the past and possible future use in the study of the species Vaccinium corymbosum L. It was observed the application of molecular methods used in the analysis of plant DNA in this plant species. There is a description of molecular methods and their results used for the identification and differentiation of the varieties, monitoring and diagnosis of pathogens and the formation of molecular markers. These markers can be associated with economically important properties of this species.
