A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The master’s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of this thesis deals with a theoretical background related to financial planning, strategic analysis and financial analysis. In the second part, a strategic and financial analysis are compiled for a chosen company This is followed by a draft of the corporate financial plan in an optimistic and pessimistic version. In the end the financial plan is subsequently evaluated.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of hedging instruments and debt collection. Thesis is divided into several parts. The theoretical part describes debt from legal, accounting, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of entrepreneur and evaluated his current state. The conclusion of the thesis contains a proposal of a more effective way of hedging instruments and debt collection of the entrepreneur.
