Clavarioid fungi: overview of their systematics and data on diversity in the Czech Republic
Matouš, Jan ; Holec, Jan (advisor) ; Tomšovský, Michal (referee)
In the first part of my bachelor thesis Clavariaceae family is characterized in historical, morphological and ecological perspective and three main genera Clavaria, Clavulinopsis and Ramariopsis with clavarioid and ramarioid morphology of fruit body are described. The second part surveys the development of their systematics and discusses the most important genera, which in certain phases of the system progress emerged in the Clavariaceae family. It also put emphasis on the characters that led the autors to their conclusions and on the development of the generic concept of the three mentioned clavarioid genera. The third part summarizes older and recent knowledge on the diversity of the three mentioned genera in the Czech Republic on the basis of the literature data. Species that have been found in the Czech Republic are listed and are briefly characterized from an ecological perspective. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Taxonomy of species of the genus Lachnum s.I. in Central Europe
Chlebická, Markéta ; Holec, Jan (advisor) ; Pažoutová, Sylva (referee) ; Baral, Hans-Otto (referee)
Aims of the thesis The generalobjectiveof thethesisv/asto taxonomically evaluatethe rich materialof Lachnurn s.l. depositedin Czech herbaria,as well as the personal ťreldcollections. In the case of taxonomic or nomenclatural problems, the problematic groups were studied in detail. Various methods were used to solve the taxonomic problems and important collections from other herbariawere also studied. Outline of the thesis Problematic groups in Lachnum. I paid attentionto lignicolous and herbicolous species of Lachnum and to the group of Lachnum pygmaeum (Article III, VII) from the taxonomicpoint of view. Field collections of the whole spectrumoťLachnum specieswere included to the check-list (Article I). Species concept in Capitotricha. Central European species of Capitotricha with asci arising from simple septa were sequenced and a larger set of data supplementingthe previously known sequencewas obtained and analysed. Interesting data on Capitotricha species from Nothofagus from southern hemisphere were obtained. Long-spored lignicolous species of the genus Erioscyphella Kirschst. close to Lachnum and Capitotricha from the tropics and subtropics were also studiedanddiscussed. Taxonomy of Trichopeziza. Tbere was a lot of confusion connected with the name Peziza sulphurea Pers. At first, it was used for a...
Systematics of the genus Ramariopsis (Basidiomycota, Clavariaceae) in central Europe
Matouš, Jan ; Holec, Jan (advisor) ; Kučera, Viktor (referee)
The genus Ramariopsis (Clavariaceae, Agaricales) having ramarioid, rarely clavarioid basidiomata includes about 15 species in central Europe. They are probably saprotrophic species which usually occur in grasslands or rarely open places in shrubs or deciduous forests. In this work, 88 collections of this genus mainly from the Czech Republic and Slovakia were studied, of which 57 sequences from the LSU and 36 from the ITS regions of the nuclear ribosomal RNA gene complex were obtained. Based on molecular-phylogenetic analyses using the maximum likelihood and bayesian methods, phylogenetic trees were created showing 16 well-supported clades. So detailed study on the phylogeny and relationships among species of the genus Ramariopsis is presented for first time, even within the world literature. Subsequent morphological analysis supported by SEM study of basidiospores showed that obtained clades represent nine species known in taxonomic literature, three so far non-described species (that were labelled with provisional names) and four clades whose interpretation is uncertain at the moment. Thus, seven clades represent cryptic diversity, which is a rather high extent. A new species Ramariopsis robusta Matouš et Holec has already been published and Ramariopsis rufipes and Ramariopsis kunzei var. bispora...

Comparison of Communist Successor Parties in Poland and Hungary
Holec, Jan ; Just, Petr (advisor) ; Švec, Kamil (referee)
The thesis deals with the issue of transformation of communist parties and their subsequent establishment to a democratic world. In theoretic part of the thesis the author follows upon the concept of communist successor party itself, but also examines the differences between communist regimes and strategies of the very transformation. The thesis puts a target in defining the factors and events that direct political heading of those parties. As the subject of investigation the two states and their communist parties were chosen - Poland and Hungary. In those two states particularly the reform wing of the parties gained very prominent position and took control over the democratization and transformation process. After the fall of communism those reform elites became the representatives of the successor parties and started ideological diverging from the extreme left. They began the process of social - democratization, thanks to which those parties had not only survived but also returned to a government shortly. At the final end of the thesis it watches the problematic of the integration of those parties to the European politic structure.
RELATION OF STAGE AND STORYTELLING
Holec, Jan ; HRBEK, Daniel (advisor) ; KORČÁK, Jakub (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with stage setting of academic performance Maryso! Evo! Dom! Author analyses the evolution of this stage setting from conceptual preparation to final rehearsing phase. The thesis is also considered on various aspects of stage setting. Author is dealing with relation of stage and actor, stage and theme and also stage and storytelling. In conclusion it is hinting at the issue of transferring the performance to another theatre.

The book deals with basic, really existing elements of nomenclature in natural sciences - types, which represent pillars for scientific names of organisms and minerals. It describes especially the managing of types governed by zoological and botanical codes (ICZN, ICN), both for their living and extinct representatives. The text covers the following aspects of managing types: their distinguishing, terminology, preparation, preventive conservation, packaging, labelling, documentation, publishing, studying, and loaning.
