Bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement" is concerned with selected methods of financial analysis and assessment of the financial situation of the company TYHAN Ltd. The first part defines the theoretical foundations of financial analysis methods, instruments and indicators. In the second part we can find the application of selected methods of financial analysis for the company TYHAN Ltd. The last part deals with possible proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

Professional preparation on spanish nurses and their job opportunities

The goal of bachelor's thesis is to analyze the evolution of the profesional preparation of Spanish nurses. Enrols the frst atemptt to systematization of nursing education of laic nurses in the 1st half of the 19th century. Follonws the proces of the profesional career and institutional establishment of the Spanish nursing system in the end od the 19th century and in the begining of the 20th century. Describes the unification of various nurse professionals during the age of Franto's dictatorship, (1939-1975), and informs the readers about the proces of transformation of nursing education during the democracy period. The initiation of Spanish nursing education in the University, in 1978. was a very significant moment in the Spanish nursing history. A qualitative observational study was carried out to document the content that the Spanish nurses actualy have about their educational system and completes with the information about the job opportunities of the 12 informants.

Dignity of dying elderly from the perspective of accompanying relatives

The work focuses on the issue of dignity of the dying elderly. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the main themes of the thesis, such as old age and dying with regard to dignity, as well as the accompaniment of the dying elderly and the impact of hospitalization on the elderly and their families. The research, i.e. the empirical part of the thesis, focuses on the area of accompaniment. The research was conducted in the form of interviews and the analysis was done using the grounded theory method. According to the results of the research, the situation in hospital facilities is alarming and the respect for the dignity of dying elderly has reserves according to the attendants. The attitude of health professionals is perceived as problematic both in relation to dying patients and in relation to the accompanying relatives of the dying. According to the respondents, the leading problems are undignified attitude, inadequate communication and lack of information and inability to accompany and visit the dying. These are therefore simple and basic aspects of quality care. The issues of Czech Deaf through the eyes of medics and doctors

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the awareness of issues related to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Deaf Studies more broadly, from the perspective of medical students, young doctors, and practicing doctors, particularly in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and Phoniatrics in the Czech environment. The main objective of the work is to explore the factual knowledge, personal experiences, and attitudes of these groups. The research study will be placed in the context of the Czech system of pre-graduate and post-graduate medical education, specifically for doctors working in the field of Otorhinolaryngology and Phoniatrics. These doctors encounter clients with hearing impairments on a daily basis in their practice, and often significantly influence their life, education, and career through their recommendations or decisions. Through the research study, I will analyze the findings and compare them with the context of the current and past educational system for doctors in the field of Otorhinlaryngology and Phoniatrics.
