Factors Influencing the Purchasing Behavior of Consumers

The thesis is focused on the analysis of individual factors that influence purchase behaviour of the consumer. The work will also evaluate effectiveness of marketing tricks used in a selected commercial chain and evaluate the aggressiveness of marketing practices from the perspective of shoppers. The aim of work is to propose recommendation of communication within the distribution channels.
Heftiness and Efficiency of Introduction of Control Report to VAT (Value Added Tax)

Diploma thesis will deal with the Control Report as a tool to suppress and prevent evasion of value added tax. The aim of this work is to analyze this tool to evaluate the intensity and efficiency. In the first part of this work are laid theoretical basis for the analysis of the selected instrument. This is a presentation of the operating principle of the VAT legislation, next what is the value-added tax, introduction of the concept of tax evasion, and his form at present, continue to the definition of Control Reports, along with other tools in the fight against tax fraud in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The second part will deal with practical work site Control Reports, its analysis, comparing the planned contribution of the real benefits, demands clarification of its implementation by the tax administration and by the taxpayers.
Evaluation of the Financial Health of VOD Plavsko

Subject of this bachelor thesis is evalution of VOD Plavsko financial health in years 2011-2015. In a theoretical part, financial analysis tools as well as bankruptcy and credibility models suitable for use in branch which the company is located in will be described. Research will be done in a pracitcal part. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate financial health of VOD Plavsko in years 2011-2015 and to recommend solution to remove potenital problems.
Business plan - Establishment chickens breeding

This diploma thesis deals with creating of a business plan on the topic of founding of a chicken farm in Hradistska Lhotka with subsequent distribution of chickens on a local market. The thesis consists of introduction, theoretical part, definition of the goal of the thesis and used methodology, practical part and of a conclusion. The theoretical part contains definitions of basic terms in entrerpreneurship. It also defines the structure of a business plan and all individual steps in creating one. It also includes description of methods and analysis, that are then used in the practical part. In the practical part there is a closer description of the actual creation of the business plan and a summarization of the concept of chicken farming with emphasis on determining of the expected demand for the product and also an evaluation of economical feasibility of the project.
Marketing Strategies of Pharmacy Network in the Czech Market

The aim of the thesis is to analyze marketing tools of chosen pharmacist network and recently defined role of pharmacy in supporting the public's health and suggest recommendations for marketing strategy for obtaining the competitive advantage of the pharmacist network Alphega pharmacy. In the first part is initially approached the pharmaceutical marketing, marketing mix and communication mix. After that, the thesis is focused on the evolution of the Czech pharmacy market and the role of pharmacy in supporting the public's health. In the analytical part are analyzed marketing tools of the pharmacist network Alphega pharmacy with the use of internal secondary data of the Alliance Healthcare company. The substantial part is based on marketing research, which is divided in B2B and B2C parts. In the final chapters, the results of the research are compared, evaluated and suggested recommendations for the marketing strategy.
Proposal of costing system in the selected company

The diploma thesis is focused on process cost management by using of method Activity Based Costing. The goals of this thesis are analyzing the current situation of cost management in the company and application of new costing system. The content of the work is divided into eight consecutive parts. The first part is focused on cost management and explains cost concept and their classification. The second part describes substance of costing and costing's methods. The third part specifies Activity Based Costing method, its basic theoretical starting point, implementation stages and possible advantages and disadvantages of its implementation. The fourth part is devoted to the methodology and the aim of the work. Five's part describes company, its history, services, and cost characteristics. In the next part there are application of the Variable Costing and the Overhead Rates Costing in the company. In the seventh part by using of single steps implementation of the Activity Based Costing method takes place. The last chapter evaluates the results of the individual costing methods and give recommendation for realization of one method.

This bachelor thesis is concerned about marketing communication of chosen Slovak football clubs in Fortuna league. In theoretical part the basic marketing communication elements and their use in real situations are described. The second, practical part is concerned about application of marketing communication tools on clubs, mainly the content analysis. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to detect and analyze type of content, which is creating the main part of marketing communication towards fans, partners and public and to detect what kind of tools of marketing communication are used and what is feedback about.
Comparison of labor taxation of employees and employers' costs in the Czech Republic and Poland

The theme of the thesis is the comparison of taxation of labor costs of employees and employers in the Czech Republic and Poland. Work is an important factor of production and labor costs, their amount and structure, along with the rate of labor taxation, is an important factor affecting each economy. The benefit of the thesis is the comparison of tax systems, selected macroeconomic indicators, tax rates and labor costs and unit labor costs in both compared countries. The subject of the thesis is the comparison of the costs of employers and the rate of taxation of employees' work. The main objective is to assess whether the joint States through a common trend in the development of labor taxation. The aim of the thesis is divided into several sub-objectives and is used to compare basic macroeconomic indicators, labor cost and unit labor costs and compare the nominal rate of taxation, the rate of effective taxation and effective taxation in both countries. Theoretical knowledge is used to analyze developments and changes in selected macroeconomic indicators. Statistical data are drawn from OECD and Eurostat databases.
Brand Management of Regional Brands

The aim of the thesis is to introduce and evaluate regional branding occurring in the Czech republic, other countries of the European Union and the EU as a whole. On the basis of the information, the strategies of individual brand programs in the Czech Republic are evaluated and possibilities for improvement are presented. The basic methods of qualitative research used in the practical part of the thesis are the analysis of secondary data and field research. Using identified facts, own regional product is designed to meet the required criteria of the selected territory. In the form of a case study that is created as a manual, its communication activities are designed and the most appropriate branding program, including an explanation of the certification process, has been chosen.
Financial management of Strakonice Hospital: part of the holding of South Bohemian Hospitals

The aim of the Master's Thesis is to determine the rank of hospitals belonging to the holding company Jihočeské nemocnice, a.s, from the economic viewpoint. Primarily, the ranking of Nemocnice Strakonice, a. s., in comparison with other hospitals is taken into account. It is necessary to accomplish two partial goals to accomplish the main aim. The first partial goal is the evaluation of financial health of a given hospital from 2007 to 2014. The basic financial analysis indicators are used to accomplish this goal. The development of these indicators is tracked in time. Moreover, Bankruptcy and Creditworthy models for financial health assessment are applied in the thesis. The second partial goal is to compare the given hospital with the other hospitals within the holding company through intercompany comparison methods. The result of these methods will be the determination of rank of the individual hospitals from 2007 to 2014.
