Analýza dat z inteligentního včelího úlu
HÁLA, Petr
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of software that processes audio data from a beehive. The audio signal is analyzed in the frequency domain using fast Fourier transform and in specific frequency bands using filtering in the time domain. The RMS of filtered signals is stored in the database in batches or continuously and visualized by a web application. Analysis of partial audio records can be displayed by modules available in the Python with the possibility of outputting graphs to PDF. Above the data a cluster analysis was performed with using of self organizing maps (SOM), which detected various types of sound manifestations of the bee colony in different seasons, followed by visualization in heatmaps.
Determination of Lead Using FIA Technique with Spectrophotometric and Electrochemical Detection
Hála, Petr ; Vyskočil, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Rychlovský, Petr (referee)
The aim of this thesis was the determination of lead in water samples using complexating reaction with 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol in medium of 2-amino-2- hydroxymethyl-propan-1,3-diol hydrochloride buffer (Tris·HCl). Firstly, for the determination was chosen UV/VIS molecular spectrometry in a static arrangement. Subsequently, the method was performed in flow injection arrangement. The calibration was performed under optimal experimental conditions. The limits of detection for static and flow injection arrangements were 0.097 mol dm-3 and 0.27 mol dm-3 , respectively. Secondly, the determination of lead by differential pulse voltammetry was performed. The electrochemical properties of lead complex were investigated. During these experiments it was found out that small amount of this complex was adsorbed on the surface of silver solid amalgam electrode. The calibration was performed, the limit of detection was 0.020 mol dm-3 . Keywords Lead, 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol, flow injection analysis, UV/VIS molecular spectrometry, differential pulse voltammetry, silver solid amalgam electrode.
Econometric models of national economies
Hála, Petr ; Hendrych, Radek (advisor) ; Hurt, Jan (referee)
The present thesis deals with multiple econometric equations systems which might provide a useful insight into the national economy modelling. It takes into account possible pitfalls of common practices. It introduces the theory and estimation methods of multiple econometric equations systems. It also discusses the equality of savings and investment and the theory of money. Furthermore, it briefly analyses Klein's model I from a theoretical point of view and uses the three-step least squares method in order to estimate it. Partial modifications of this model are suggested and implemented. The quality of the competitive models is evaluated employing the predictive criterion. Consequently, the canonical NK DSGE model is derived and subjected to theoretical criticism. The thesis debates doubts on the relevance of the NK IS curve and argues that Lucas's critique is still valid. A generalized method of moments is used to implement the NK DSGE model. Finally, this model is briefly compared with Klein's model I.
