Specifics of laser and real firing from a small arms

Title: Specifics of laser and real firing from a small arms. Goal: The aim of this study to gather information about real and laser shooting from small arms in connection with human physiology and biomechanics. The main benefit of a systematic grasp of the issue as an understanding of comprehensive information. To compare their differences, or to eventually laser-shooting as an instrument for testing soldiers in the Army of the Czech Republic. Methods: Literature search, which deals with the issue of shooting. For the elaboration of this work, the search for study sources was used, followed by their analysis and subsequent search of these obtained study sources. Results: The result of this work is a comprehensive understanding of shooting from real and laser weapons in terms of biomechanics and human physiology and its impact on shooting performance. When comparing real and laser shooting, no significant penetration into the issue was found due to the insufficient number of sources and information about laser shooting. For this reason, a greater representation of the laser weapon cannot be justified in this work at the expense of the real weapon in the Army of the Czech Republic system, even though the use of laser weapons in training is a cheaper financial issue in the long run. Title: Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe factors of motivation for firefighter's service performance and to further analyze them. Methods: Methods used to obtain information and data are: Survey, analysis of printed, internet and legislative documents sources. Results: Description of individual factors of firefighter's motivation and their analysis in questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey confirm that the main factors of firefighter's service performance are the team, assistance to people and the process of service. This is mostly internal motivation, which is process oriented not goal oriented. It has been confirmed that the work of a firefighter is more of a lifestyle than work despite a strong mental and physical burden and its consequences. Analysis of parachute accidents 2011-2019

Title: Analysis of parachute accidents for the period 2011-2019 Objectives: The objective of this work is to create tables of analyzes of parachuting accidents from 2011 to 2019 in the Czech Republic. The tables will categorize the information collected according to the causes of the accidents, the reasons for the accidents, the consequences of the accidents and the severity of the injuries. The results from the accident tables should indicate the integrity of the parachute equipment and the overall safety in carrying out the activity. Methods: The method of analysis is used for the analysis of parachute accidents, which are then divided according to the established general criteria. The discussion evaluates the results from the tables with the findings with the help of statistical calculations. Specifically, the arithmetic mean, range, ratio and frequency are used. Results: In relation to accidents with jumps performed in the Czech Republic, it became clear that accidents occur only in exceptional cases. It has been found that the vast majority of a parachute accident is human error and a technical defect causes only a fraction of them, on the other hand, there are more serious injuries to parachutists. Methods: For a perfect and identical description of security measures, the form of an interview with the director of the club FC Slezský Opava was chosen and the subsequent use of the club's internal documents, which were also obtained by the club director. Physiological differences and potential risks while scuba diving and freediving

Title: Physiological differences and potential risks while scuba diving and freediving Objectives: Goal of this study was to prove, whether freedive performed after finished dive using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus, may potentially increase the risk of decompression sickness and afterall put together appropriate principals and guidance for safe combining of both scuba diving and freediving on the same day. Methods: This study used research of local and foreign sources that covered freediving and diving using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus issues. Casual research was also conducted involving 34 participants, all certified self-contained underwater breathing apparatus divers experienced in combining freediving and scuba diving on the same day. Results: Based on the research has been found that a freedive performed after dive using self-contained underwater breathing apparatus may under certain circumstances increase the risk of decompression sickness. Conservative principals and recommendations for safe combining of scuba diving and freediving on the same day were established. The analysis of the obtained data was performed and the method of synthesis was used for their connection. Results: The result of this thesis is a description of the training of service dogs for the Police of the Czech Republic, a summary of their use and a description of the breeds that are most often used.
