Myocardial infarction can represent the lethal manifestation of coronary heart disease leading to sudden cardiac death. Although myocardial infarction mainly occurs in patients older than 45 years, the young population can be affected as well. Despite the relatively low incidence of myocardial infarction in the young population, the mortality rates and long-term disability make acute myocardial infarction in young patients an important clinical issue. Consequences of myocardial infraction usually have great impact on the young patient's psychology, ability to work and the overall quality of life. Fundraising possibilities of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Czech Republic focused on Clubs residing in Prague

The subject of the thesis is a review of funding process of non-governmental organization Spolek II. TURNUS. This topic is very crucial as many NGOs would hardly operate without the support of various funds. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the meaning of NGOs and fundraisings. It monitors the development of NGOs and describes changes that have taken occurred since the new Civil Code has taken effect. Furthermore it summarizes the analysis of multiple financing sources in domestic public budgets but also EU budgets. The practical part analyzes the expenses of a NGO from domestic public budgets in 2013 and systematically monitors financing of Spolek II. TURNUS. The efforts to obtain funds from public domestic budgets of Spolek II. TURNUS in 2014 are described along with comparison to the level of difficulty to process individual projects. This part also introduces plans of Spolek II. TURNUS for fundraising in 2015, whether it was already successful or what are the expectations while getting a financial support. The conclusion depicts changes that Spolek II. TURNUS could perform in order to maximize the support from domestic public budgets. The thesis highlights the difficulty of processing and lack of transparency of the projects for obtaining grants and funds.
The Psyche of a active Musician (selected problematic areas)

The thesis contains a short introduction which describes the significance of music for human psyche. The focus is further placed on the research of the influence of Mozart?s compositions on students and children. The following chapter brings a concise characterisation of musical imagination, its subtypes and the heightened level of this imagination in musicians. The author is also concerned with the issues of musical aptitude, its basic characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of musical talent and the comparison between the brains of musicians and people of other professions. In the following chapters, the author focuses on the terms absolute pitch and synaesthesia, explicating their meaning, describing their specific features and analysing conditions of their origin as well as possible reasons for their future deterioration. The thesis also addresses the issue of potentially negative influences of music on human psyche, i.e. catchiness of some melodies and musical hallucinations, as well as the issue of dystonia in musicians, its causes and possible methods of treatment. The following chapters describe the effect of the so-called ?phantom hand?, the principle of stereophonic hearing and the consequences of its loss. Human Psyche and Mental Disorders: A Study of Musicians - Interpreters

The thesis contains a short introduction, assessing the meaning and significance of music itself and presenting its various definitions. Further, it focuses on the description of interpreters´ personalities from the psychological point of view, with a more detailed analysis of their physical and psychical load. The following chapter descibes potential mental defects connected to the heightened perception, sensitivity, and the heavier consequences of the exposure to stress situations. The thesis also evaluates the positive influences that music has on the human psyche, especially on the patients with melancholic states, psychotic disorders, Tourette syndrome, Parkinson´s and Alzheimer´s disease. It also touches upon the influence of music therapy on addiction recovery. Furthermore, it describes the important role of music in holotropic and psychedelic psychotherapy, the influence of music therapy on autism, together with a short characterization of this disorder, listing the most frequent methods applied in music therapy. The summary contains a brief recapilulation of this thesis.
