1 ABSTRAKT (EN) - LEGAL REGULATION OF .EU DOMAIN The subject of this thesis is the legal regulation of the ".eu" top level domain (.eu TLD). The opening chapters of the thesis focus on defining the concept and establishing the importance of domain names, together with their structure and various types. The thesis then goes on to consider the issue of domain names from the point of view of the Czech legal system. The thesis discusses the circumstances and reasons for the implementation of the .eu TLD and looks at the duties and responsibilities of those institutions responsible for its maintenance, the process of registering a domain name, relations between the entities involved (e.g. domain name holders or applicants for domain names and registrars), the protection of the rights of such involved entities and current .eu TLD usage trends (in particular, among EU member states). Regulation (EC) No 733/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 874/2004 are the main source materials for this thesis. However, rules issued by the competent institutions on the basis of Regulations (EC) No 733/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 874/2004 - as well as certain rulings made by the ADR (the arbitration centre for Internet disputes) - have also served as an important sources of information. Legal regulation of domain names in the European Union

The subject of this thesis is the legal regulation of domain names in the European Union. This topic has been conceived as follows. Initiative chapters of this thesis are focused on defining the concept and importance of domain names, their structure and their types. Consecutively, the thesis deals with domain names from a legal point of view. The main focus in this work is given to . eu Top Level Domain (. eu TLD), which is described in terms of circumstances and reasons for its implementation, institutions performing responsibilities in area of .eu TLD, the process of domain names registration, relations between incident entities, providing protection of rights of incident entities and the actual .eu TLD usage statistics of the Member States of the European Union . Regulation (EC) No 733/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 874/2004 have been used as the main source for writing this thesis. Also rules issued by the competent institutions on the basis of Regulations (EC) No 733/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 874/2004 have answered for important source of information as well as particular decisions of ADR Arbitration Center for Internet Disputes. Název: Anglicko-český a česko-anglický slovník odborných výrazů ze snowboardingu Cile práce: Vymezení jednotlivých oblastí ve snowboardingu v české a anglické verzi a vytvoření česko-anglického a anglicko-českého hesláře odborných výrazů v oblasti snowboardingu. Metoda: Excerpcí z odborné literatury, časopisů a internetu byla shromážděna a utříděna data, která byla následně abecedně seřazena, hnízdována a heslová záhlaví tučně zvýrazněna. Součástí práce je též vymezení jednotlivých oblastí snowboardingu a jejich stručná charakteristika v české a anglické verzi.
