This project designs a new building of family house. The building is single-store with residental loft with basement. The building has only residential function.It is a brick building (KM BETA SENDWIX) with a gable roof. This project design also the parking lots and pavements.

Diploma thesis designs a barrier free new building of medical devices – policlinic (health center) with 14 medical workplaces. Object has three floors and basement. The building is covered by a vegetation flat roof. Building of policlinic is based on strip foundations and load-bearing walls are made from sand-lime blocks. Horizontal systém is created like reinforced concrete ceiling and in the same way internal staircase. The building is design at passive architecture – have compact form, thick layer of insulation and airtight cover. The main glass facade is oriented to the sout. There is used heat recovery air conditioning and heat pumping for heating in building. Health center satisfy currently legislation.

This project designs a new building of family house with optional commercial premises, which suitable designed dispositional resolution. The building is single-store with residental loft with basement. Part of the basement floor is self-gym, the rest of the basement is entity of commercial premises. The loft and first overground floor has only residential function. It is a brick building (KM BETA SENDWIX) with a gable roof. This project design also pavements.
