Specifics of Passive Houses

The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.

Managemen Outputs for Financial Management of A Construction Organization

This thesis is focused on the financial management of the company. In the first theoretical part describes the basic concepts, which can be found in financial accounting, financial analysis and management accounting. In the practical part I analyzed the actual data, which gave me approached the company and then I gave them in context. The result of he thesis is a recommendation of management decisions from the perspective of business management.

Use of Management Accounting for Company Management

The theme of the thesis is "the use of management accounting for the needs of the management." Its aim is to define the use of information obtained from the management accounting for the needs of the management of the company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the various types of accounting subsystems and components in greater detail individual deals with management accounting. Furthermore, the work dedicated to the financial analysis as a tool for getting information on the financial situation of the selected building enterprise and in the last part of the thesis are listed for each part of the managerial accounting, by which the company could better control the management of the undertaking.

This diploma´s thesis is focusing on financial management of the construction order. First part of diploma´s thesis is dealing with financial management, financial analysis and management options. The practical part discusses financial plan, economic results and financial analysis of particular construction orders, which are evaluated within one year. The objective of the thesis aims to analyze impacts on the operating economy and evaluate construction contract in context of a construction company. The result is to evaluate financial analyses of construction orders and company´s too.

Financial Assessment of Construction Company's Performance

The subject of this thesis is evaluation of financial health and financial performance of construction company. Theoretical part of this thesis defines the concept of financial performance, financial health of the company, accounting sheets and explains methods of financial analysis. Practical part focuses on application of chosen methods of financial analysis to specific construction company. Based on the results of analysis the evaluation of financial situation is conducted and model for continuous evaluation of financial performance and financial health is created.

Master’s thesis “Valid cost reduction in tender offers price” is divided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of public tenders, process theories of tenders and company’s ownership structure. The practical part explores the cost reduction in the already specified offer to a public tender. The aim of this work is a compilation of the checklist steps for the process of preparation contract in the offer stage, which could lead to a reduction in the cost price and increase the probability of success in the public tender.

Operating costs of passive houses

The main topic of this thesis is the comparison of operating costs (energy balance) of a passive house with running costs of a house of an ordinary construction. Total operating costs of those types of construction are determined and the houses are subsequently divided into groups according to their actual consumption and a comparison of the different types of construction is carried out.

Maximalization of Market Value in Construction Company

This thesis is about maximization of the market value of a company as a primary financial target of nowadays financial management. Valuation of real company in first part using discounted cash flow method is then completed with a sensitivity analysis. Purpose of it is evaluation of a rate of consequences from forecasted values of individual value drivers to the final market value of the company. The output is represented with suggestions to procuration just to maximize the value of the company.
