The basement premises serve mostly as storage facilities and premises for technical equipment. Rooms of an active zone are located on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. From the building point of view, I focused especially on choosing proper combinations of materials based on their mutual interaction and overall impression from the usage of the whole building.
