Accounting specifics of Unit Owners Associations

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is an accounting area analysis of Unit Owners Association with subsequent errors elimination and recommendation for their elimination. The thesis deals with the legal regulation of the XY Unit Owners Association and provides information on the accounting procedures and tax specifics of this legal entity according to Czech accounting legislation and regulations. The main objective of the theoretical part is to define the activites of the Unit Owners Association and the House and Land Administration. It also describes its formation, dissolution and activites of individual bodies. The thesis also focuses on the transfer from Housing Association to Unit Owners Association. The knowledge of the XY Unit Owners Association from the theorical part is applied in the practical part. Their statutes define formation, XY Unit Owners Association bodies and the rights and obligations of individual owners. The accounting documents work as a basis to show the accounting procedures, methods and tax aspects during the accounting period. The end of this thesis lists the imperfections in the accounting of XY Unit Owners Association.

The aim of this thesis is to provide a wide scope of information that might be valuable for those involved in music management. At first, the project enables to understand pre-business phase, a period before setting up of an actual company. The author asks an important question of being ready for such a crucial decision, followed by general description of business institution and principles as such. Those work for any type of business including music industry.

Communication of Bilingual Children of Younger School Age Living in North Rhine-Westphalia

The thesis deals with communication of bilingual Czech-German families in North Rhine- Westphalia. We focused mainly on the language of primary school children. The work contains two sections - a theoretical and a practical section. In the first, theoretical part of the work we tried to describe (on the based on literature) the issue of bilingualism, bilingual education and language acquisition. We also discussed the development, more specifically of primary-aged children. Attention in this section is also drawn to the region of North Rhine- Westphalia, where our research was realized. The practical part of the thesis focusses on the qualitative research of communication in multilingual families. We tried to create language biographies of individual families, based on interviews with Czech-speaking parents. Using a questionnaire, we investigated the attitudes of German-speaking parents to bilingual education. We also recorded the linguistic performances of children, which were then analyzed. Production of the concert THE TENORS

This essay analyses the process of opera and pop music blending into one another. In particular, it focuses on The Three Tenors and their impact on this process, trend and on the phenomenon they have created. The practical part describes the process of preparation, implementation, and evaluation of a concert with the successful Canadian ensemble The Tenors, which builds on the previously mentioned trend of opera and pop music mixing into one genre, and the phenomenon of The Three Tenors.
