The Ph.D. thesis Reflection of the Framework Educational Program for Basic Schools of Art in Czech Elementary Art Education deals with current development of pedagogical reform and its implication in lessons of music theory at basic schools of art. It traces its historic development and changes in educational content, methods and organizational forms of education, according to resources that are at disposal. Based on the research, current pedagogical reform helped to define content and scope of work in lessons of music theory. It enabled to adjust its educational content to specific conditions and profile of individual schools, it gave new view of teaching goals and strengthened teacher's position in creation of strategic school documents. Content based, interpretation skills are complemented with understanding of music core; pupils'values and attitudes are built. Among popular teaching methods feature critical thinking, peer learning and group work, learning through demonstration and actions. The most frequently used progressive method, according to the research, is the simulation method. ABSTRACT: Work deals with possibilities of the development first year pupils' singing skills at elementary school on the basis of applying motivation elements of singing activities and the development of the pupil's interest in singing activity during the first year at elementary school. After sketching of the development of opinions on a younger pupils' singing education the author characterizes younger pupil's specialities, deals with a human voice including the development of the child's voice. After defining essential musical terms and a characterization of singing skills deals with a motivation and its applying in a school and in a musical educational process. Flute - from methodological issues for developing creativity

This thesis is oriented to teaching recorder playing as well as recorder role on musicians training on elementary and secondary schools. I am interested in the issue both as being interpret as well as educationalist. Recorder is widely used and popular on every type of school. It is being used even on healing respiratory disorders. However, teaching of recorder faces many problems. Outdated textbooks containing erroneous statements or poor qualified teachers underestimating lessons and without interesting in its own skills improving, to count some of them. Deeply surveying these facts I found out that teaching may have certain level but what is almost completely missing is creativity. And it is creativity which is meaningful for instrument skills as well as complete personality development. I proposed and formed creativity development exercises and arranged it to three groups: 1. Breathing 2. Articulation 3. Fingering Implementation of some exercises is clear and other are provided by music sheets. The teacher and pupils are not expected to practice it verbally, it can be used as patterns for own teacher's creativity, instead.
