Residential building in Valašské Meziříčí

This Bachelor thesis deals with a design of new building – apartment house. Designed apartment house is located in Zlin region, in the town Valasske Mezirici. Altogether, the designed bulding contains partial basement, eight dwelling units and four storeys. In the ground floor we can find a storage cellar, utility room and cleaning room. The ground floor is made of 3 single sections – office section, section with access to dwelling units with the pram room and section with driving school. These sections are separated from each other and each section has its own entrance. Dwelling units are located on the second floor, third floor and fourth floor. The second floor is made of small flats – there are 3 studios and 1 one-room flat. Larger flats are located on the third and fourth floor where we can find 2 two-bedroom flats and 2 three-bedroom flats. Every dwelling unit has a disposal of the loggie except the flats on the fourth floor – these have a disposal of the terrace located on a flat green roof. Apartment house is built from clay block and overhang part is made of precast frame elements. Building foundations consist of foundation strips. The columns that are erecting the overhang part are placed on foundation pads. The basement wall is built from concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed ceiling panels Spiroll. Staircase is reinforced concrete precast. Roofing is solved by flat green roof. Thermal insulation of the building is solved by external contact insulation system that is internationally labeled and known as ETICS. As a thermal isolator serves the expanded polystyrene.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of apartmnet house in Brno, in Vinařská street. The building is placed on sloping terrain, has three floors and one basement. Apartment building has rectangular shape with north-facing entarance and loggies at south facade. The house is designed as eight dwelling units and cellar. External walls are made as clay masonry with thermal insulation and area around windows is designed as ventilated facade. Ceiling structures are reinforced concrete slabs. The supporting construction of roof is made of roof truss with collar beam and then there is metal roofing.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction of the apartment house. The apartment building is located in the South Moravian Region in the municipality of Stanoviště. The apartment building is detached in a slightly sloping terrain, has one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor is used for house equipment, there is a cellar, a pram room, a utility room, a games room and a cleaning room. The remaining four floors are used for housing, there are 12 housing units. The vertical supporting structures are lined with ceramic hollow blocks HELUZ, insulated with ETICS contact insulation along the perimeter. Masonry is based on plain concrete foundations. Vertical supporting structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is formed as a flat single-skinned roof.

The bachelor thesis deals with design realization of apartment house in suburban part of Žilina-Budatín. The building has been designed for plot n. 712/108, which has got flat surface and it is without any other building. The apartment house has got three above ground storeys and underground, which is used for garage. External load-bearing structures of above ground storeys are designed from blocks Ytong complemented with contact thermal insulation system from mineral wool. External load-bearing walls in basement are made from hollow concrete blocks with concrete encasement and reinforced with steel. Floor structure in the building has been designed from prefabricated floor Rectobeton. The building is roofed with hipped roof under 15° angel. The building has been designed with 8 housing units; one of them has been designed as barrier-free housing unit, 3 two-room, 2 three-room and 2 four-room housing units with different layout of the floor. Moreover there are common room, cellar area with technical room, room for prams and basement garage with 13 parking places in the building.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design and elaboration of project dokumentation of apartment building. The building is located in a village called Křoví on plot No. 756/50. The apartment building have four above-ground floor and one place for a rent. In the basement there are situated social spaces and cellars for each flat. The structural system of building is designed from clay block Porotherm 30 Profi and the floor structure is designed from prefabricated rib-and-filler floor Porotherm. Vertical load-bearing structure on the basement is designed from permanent formwork. The building is insulated witr contact thermal insulation. The roof construction is designed as a warm flat roof.

The assignment of the bachelor's labor is is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit. The apartment building is located on flat terrain. The building consists of three floors and has a basement. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and the load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal ceiling structures are beams and inserts. The roof is designed as a single coat roof. In the basement floor there are mainly storage rooms, utility room and lounge. On the first floor there are two apartments, one of which is designed as a barrier-free. In the remaining floors there are another four flats, which after the sum of those from the first floor form six flats. In front of the building there is a large parking lot with a large number of parking spaces and playgrounds.

The Bachelor thesis is a project of detache house. The house design i a two-storey, wooden bulding with gable roof and with out basement. Layout is 5+KK and is responsible design for family with 4 members. It is the construction of diffusion-close timber, based on strip foundation and pernament formwork. Floor plan is rectangular. Building the entire system is designed by STEICO elements, including STEICO thermal insulation. The advantages of the building are relatively small thickness of external walls with excelent thermal properities and fast process of construction. The house is designed with a view to sustainable construction using modern environmentally friendly materials. The house is situated in the village Křenovice u Slavkova.

The theme of the bachelor thesis the elaboration of design documents for a siting permit. The apartment building is in a sloping terrain. The building itself is composed of one ground floor, which is underneath the level of terrain and three stories above the ground. The footing of the building is made from unreinforced concrete and the load-bearing wall are made from ceramic blocks. The system of insulation is thermal contact insulation. The horizontal roof construction is made of steel reinforced concrete panels. The roof itself is flat and single-skinned. On the ground floor, we can find a garage, storage rooms, utility room a baby-carrier storage. There are four appartement unit on the first two floors. On the last floor, we can find 2 appartement units, which in total adds up to 10 appartement for the whole building. In front of the building, we can find a parking lot.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey apartment building with regular garages in Heřmanův Městec. The building has three aboveground and one underground floors. The house with eight dwelling units is designed for family housing. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the east. The house has an irregular rectangular shape of the ground plan and is roofed with a flat roof. Residence rooms are oriented to the south and west. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks of lost formwork on the underground floor. Horizontal constructions consist of ceramic inserts and beams. The project was developed using the tutorial version of the AutoCad computer program. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The aim of this bachelor’s work is to compose a project documentation for the constrution building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Fulnek, number of builing plot is 1680. Building plot is located next to a fully built-up area. Terain is slightly sloping. There are 3 above-ground floors and 1 below-ground floor in the apartment building. Storage spaces, private spaces and technical spaces are situated in the below-ground floor. Flats are situated in the 3 above-ground floors. Structural system of this building is the wall system. External walls are composed of vertically performed POROTHERM blocks. Ceiling structure is designed as a cast-in-place two way reinforced slab. Similarly, staircase and a lift shaft are also designed as cast-in-place reinforced contstruction. Roofing of the object is composed as a flat roof. Floor constructions are designed as a floating floor.
